We wish we had fewer doubts in our lives, less of what drives us to despair, less peevishness. We long for more moments that let our souls bounce, when our hearts beat that one beat faster. More ease, love and tears of joy - all of this as much as possible: Mehr is Mehr! Rosalie and Vera have walked through the meadow of this crazy life since 2013, not only as part of a musical duo but one in their private lives as well. They clicked from the get go and started off as partners in crime on Berlins notorious dance floors. Always front row and with the beat in their hearts. They soon realized they wanted more! It was clear very early that their place was not destined to be in front of the Dj but behind the decks. Then and there they scraped together their last money and bought their first Dj equipment. Soon after they went on a wild ride through the cities main clubs, touring the country and seizing every festival opportunity. In 2017 Mehr is Mehr joined the Wuza Crew and have since turned a lot of parties into magical places together. Categorizing is usually not their thing but if you had to describe their sound it would go something like this: driving crisp beats paired with melodic elements - techno without monotony and a never ceasing mischievous smile.

Honestly. Playing at Turmbühne was on my bucket list for a very long time. 
I loaded my music bag with sunshine explosion tracks.. and what happened? 
A whole lot of water came down from the skies and turned Turmbühne into a muddy swamp lake within a short period of time . 
Ok... Change of plans: Play out the rain card instead. 
I´m amazed how fabulously well you handled this cold and super wet force of nature because neither could it stop you from dancing nor would it remove any smile on your face. It really made my heart melt and I had a great time!

Alle die schon mal im Freiburger Umland unterwegs waren kennen sie - die Rote Raute. Ein Gütesiegel des Schwarzwalds, das stets abwechslungsreiche und aufregende Wanderrouten markiert. Genau so kann man auch die musikalischen Reisen von Captain Cook beschreiben. Zusammen mit seinen Co-KapitänInnen des Ahoii Clubs schippert er seit mehr als 10 Jahren durch das Freiburger Nachtleben, stets mit dem Fokus auf elektronische Musik mit vielen Synthie, Italo und 80er Elementen. Jedes Mal anders und dennoch vertraut werden die elektronischen Genres vermischt und neu aneinander gereiht - immer mit dem Ziel auf der perfekten Tanzroute durch die Nacht zu paddeln.

Im Juni waren wir allesamtis (@allesamt_imnetz) zu Gast bei unserer Veranstaltungstechnikfirma des Vertrauens mu&te und haben bei „Sonntags auf der Titanic“ die Wagenhallen in Stuttgart bespielt. Ich durfte das Closing spielen und der Mitschnitt hat diesmal geklappt - wow.

Die ersten 15 Minuten sind spontan zusammen mit @mytripismytrip, die vor mir gespielt haben, live entstanden - ist etwas leiser dadurch und am Ende dieses b2b2b ist mir der Beat verrutscht - scusa! Es hat trotzdem wahnsinnig Spaß gemacht und DANKE ihr beiden! :)

Nur Lieblingstracks - danke für die gemeinsamen Reisen bisher und das viele Tanzen und Augenschließen. Es ist ganz arg wunderbar mit euch. Ich hoffe das Nachhören gefällt <3!

Imagine a lofty room, a chandelier hanging above, bathed in red light, gold accents everywhere. Now picture a crowd of bare-skinned dancers, moving ecstatically, eyes closed, arms swaying in the air. Yes, it was exactly like that.

I’ve always believed that music should be both captivating and sensual—erotic, even. Especially when you’re dancing with nothing but your bare skin.

A huge thank you to @letusbeskin for inviting me to play at such a stunning venue with such an incredible crowd. It was, without a doubt, one of the best gigs of the year.
