*Disclaimer* - Not all sounds used in this track can be found in the kit. I used some other Drumkits I have to make this. (90% is from JP's Drumkit).

Basically, I stayed up until 4 am making the foundation for this beat, then woke up and after my uni lessons, mixed the beat and added some cool effects. And yea. nothin' more to it than that. So Enjoy! 😇✨

Hey so, I kinda wanted to update you guys on just what I'm going to be planning on doing this year.

This new year (2023) I'm planning on uploading at least 1 beat per month (more if I feel like it).

I realised that over the past couple of months that sometimes when I upload my tracks, they don't sound as polished as I want them to sound. And over those same months, I've been learning how to mix my stuff better and overall try and cater more time to try making my tracks sound polished to post.

This is essentially me saying that this year is going to be me stepping up my game and trying to provide the best tracks for you guys to listen to.

Also on top of giving myself more time, I also have IRL stuff (such as Uni) to sort out and deal with (including getting my money up - Broke Boy Alert 🚨😅).

Anyways enough of me rambling on about my life, hope you enjoy this track.

Lost In Thought.

So, I was originally going to post this tomorrow cause that's the date that I have stated that I started producing on Soundcloud. But then I was like 'nah, gonna post early' 😅.

So yea, 1 whole year of producing... that's kinda crazy... i guess. 😅
Tbh, I'm kinda surprised I have made this much progress after starting since last year. But here I am now... a year later, gotten a whole lot better ever since I started. But that also means I have many years ahead of me for a lot of growth, music wise and self-improvement wise. 😌💫💯

Anyways, just wanted to say thanks to those who have stuck around ever since I started this journey, and also those who have supported me and also been willing to give me feedback since the start (you know who you are 😉).

A lot has changed over the past year, started Uni (Year 1, near the end of my last semester), made some new friends, living on my own away from family. A lot has changed, including me. And that includes experiencing ups and downs. But overall I can say that I've overcome the many challenges that has came into my life, and I don't plan to give up anytime soon.

[TLDR] 1 Year of producing [Anniversary]  = insane 😅, uni life, life has changed a lot overall, but has been good so far.

Yoooo, so I am back from the USA (which btw was a very good time getting to visit family and such).
Whilst I was away I watched a video by @genesistracks which was a video on mixing, and the funny thing is that all this time I've been trying out different methods of mixing and such.

But his video was the one video that not only laid out simple to understand concept of mixing, but internally helped me to understand what I want to achieve from my mix and bring it to light.

Did I spend 3+ hours mixing this track?... maybe.
Was it worth it at the end?... Yes.
And to be honest, throughout mixing this track I didn't stress one bit about anything... well except maybe fidgeting back and forth fader knobs continuously (cause deep inside I am a perfectionist... 🙂🥲)

Fun fact: This track was made 3+ months ago. 🙂 (Just recently got around to mixing it).
