The Lifted Crew is a New York City based hip hop band that engrosses the listener with its eclectic concoction of soul, funk, and R&B. This 10 piece powerhouse ensemble consists of two lyrically conscience MC's, three remarkable vocalists, hard hitting horns, and an explosive rhythm section. Lifted Crew's innovative sound is a product of their diverse musical and cultural backgrounds, allowing them to create songs that intelligently bridge the gap between music lovers, hip-hop heads, and the every day listener alike.
 
The Lifted Crew has most recently hit the road with hip hop legend Slick Rick in addition to sharing the stage with Just Blaze, Kid Cudi, Eddie Vedder, Asia, Cyril Neville, Brand Nubian, Brother Ali, Trombone Shorty and Vast Air, among others. The horn section has also recently collaborated with Shaggy, Ryan Leslie, India.Arie, Talib Kweli and Hi-Tek. Whether you like to dance, or are in need of a good escape, the Lifted Crew sound is one to rock to, be inspired by, and evolve with.
