Heading up the concept is @sicariasound, a DJ duo who since their inception set out to explore and expand on the possibilities of these sounds whilst spotlighting underground artists. Cutcross is therefore their next step in supporting the forward-thinking music that they’ve drawn for when curating sets.

Partners in crime @ebb-nz & @texture_wav by way of New Zealand are at the helm of CXT004. With a heavyweight solo track each - longtime Sicaria Sound set staple ‘5 Skin’ by Ebb alongside Texture’s formidable ‘No Mercy’ - the flip of the record then introduces two fierce collaborative efforts via low-end driven, lively breaks.

Fresh off the back of his first Radio 1 play, and with releases already on Trax Haven, Folly, Ba Dum Tish and EC2A, this mix presents a true representation of SSSLIP’s ever evolving sound.
