Our resident Myer brings us the first in our series of Lifted Promo Mixes.

Hailing from South-East London, Myer grew up on UK Garage and Grime, soaking up the sounds that surrounded him. Passionate about music since being knee-high to a duck, Myer loves music from various genres but as a DJ he mainly showcases the latest in House, Bass & UK Garage (with a few cheeky classics thrown in for good measure). He prides himself on playing the best in cutting-edge electronic music, but most importantly he knows how to make a party move.

Lifted Mix #1 -  Myer

The second installment in the Lifted Mix Series comes from Hwood who will play our very first Lifted party. Hwood first caught our eye with his tune 'Skip A Beat' which has a lot of class and echoes of an early 2000s garage sound. Hwood has a very high output rate, and still manages to maintain an impressive level of quality in each of his tunes. His beats suggest a promising future in the electronic music scene, so he's definitely one to look out for.

Lifted Mix #2 - Hwood

Ahead of his set at Lifted #2, Taneli brings us the third installment in our mix series. 

Nineteen year old Taneli is a relative newcomer in the Uk electronic music scene, but he has already been making waves. Emerging in 2012 with catchy house rollers such as 'You're The One' and 'Metroflex', Taneli rapidly caught the ear of DJ's such as Radio 1's B-Traits, as well as gaining support and radio play from Rinse FM’s DJ Caspa. With a whole lot more to come from the Preston based producer, we’re tipping Taneli to make big movements in 2013.

Except for the fact that he makes bangers and comes from Leeds little is known about the elusive Johnbear. What isn't hard to tell is the fact that he has a lot of talent. With tracks such as 'For Real' and 'Baby Plz' he demonstrates his versatile production skills and leaves us eager to hear what he will bring to Lifted #2. After recently dropping a smooth and sensuous Janet Jackson re-rub and a collaboration with fellow Leeds producer Bria, we’re excited to hear what the mysterious Johnbear does next.
