Monstercat Uncaged Vol 7 [Ravalle Mega Mashup]

Say hello to my second official song, and the first song from my In My Head EP, "You & Me." I am so excited to share this song because it has a special meaning to me. In fact, every song on the EP has a special meaning behind it.

I first started the In My Head EP at a point in my life when I was focusing on so many things at once, and I felt I didn't have the capacity to do any of it. I started to feel depressed. My life felt so busy and I felt I was needed everywhere with no time to focus on the things I loved most. At that moment in time, I only had been doing music production for about a year and a half, and I was pretty garbage (btw I still am lol). However, I started to get better, and I felt at peace when I was making music. I was proud of the music I was making. I still had lots of ups and downs (and lots of writer's block), but the end result is an EP I'm happy with releasing.

I wrote You & Me when I started to spend more time with the people I care about most; my closest friends and family. They have helped me through so many of my trials, I can't even count them out in my head. I wrote You & Me as a way to remember to always trust those you hold dearest.

You guys are the best!
