Light Might Mind - Power Of Water And Spoken Words By Rajesh Bhambare

In this five-minute guided meditation, make sure you are sitting in a comfortable position without any stress. Make sure you are sitting straight up with an arched spine and relaxed shoulders and the neck at a position looking straight forward for best results.
Let your breathing style be like the beach, not forced, inhale and as you do, feel the air enter your nostrils, your lungs and hold for 3 seconds, then exhale with contracted stomach for 7 seconds, you will observe that as you exhale, after 7 seconds the stomach will automatically go back to its original size hence pulling back air in automatically. Try until you reach this and you will experience bliss and a peaceful anxiety-free state of mind.

Mr. Rajesh Bhambare is working as an Associate Professor in the field of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in Pune University since last 18 years. He has also done MBA in Marketing from Pune University. At present he is perusing his Ph.D in the field of wireless communication Engineering. He has studied Rajyoga Meditation and practicing the same for last 25 years.

Ms. Nandini Boob is working as an Associate Professor in the field of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in Pune University since last 18 years. At present she is perusing her Ph.D in the field of Image Processing and Machine Vision. She has also worked as an Sr. Engineer in Sterlite Industries (I) Ltd for 7 years. She has studied Rajyoga Meditation and practicing the same for last 9 years.

The field of interest and research are positive thinking, stress management, self management, memory management techniques and time management. Giving motivational lectures for youth and corporate.
