Light Phases is the first musical incarnation from Huddersfield-born, Rotherham-based, UK producer, Nick Staples. With Light Phases, Nick has created a space in which to curate and present his diverse electronic sounds and sonic palettes. Sounds with a grounding in the melodic, ambient, deep, and rhythmic, which evoke emotion, whilst remaining friendly to the dance floor. 

The Light Phases project is influenced by a range of sounds, and is a fusion of tonal, atmospheric, and rhythmic influences, encapsulated within a framework of house, techno, and electronica.
