Rising UK stars Eli & Fur, aka Eliza Noble and Jennifer Skillman, return to Anjunadeep with their new ‘California Love EP’, after last years much loved debut ‘Feel The Fire’.

In the year since its release, Eli & Fur have marked themselves out as one of the brightest talents in the house scene. With an impressive first season in Ibiza playing on some of the freshest line-ups, alongside the worlds greatest DJs, furthermore making a huge impact on the European festival season, 2015 has seen Eli & Fur live up to Beatport’s tip off as “The Ones to Watch”.

Title track ‘California Love’ is the first of three killer club cuts, fusing brooding low-end with spacey atmospherics whilst their own haunting vocals add a dystopian touch.

‘I Stole A Car’ is a slice of peak-time tech house, with bubbling bass stabs surging 
beneath twisted vocals and crisp shuffling percussion. Showcasing their lyrical talents, ‘Over Again’ combines more moody dancefloor vibes with a huge soaring breakdown, rounding off a bold and distinctive EP.

I was in the middle of our US tour in Los Angeles last year and got asked to remix one of the biggest acts in the world - Coldplay - so I locked down for a couple of days (into my manager's house) and here is the result. The original is such a summer jam I wanted to take it into a different territory. Support so far has been incredible, hope you like it!

Berlin’s Martin Roth returns with ‘Have You Ever’, a highlight from 2015’s iTunes Dance #1 album ‘Anjunadeep 07’.

A fan favourite with label classics like ‘Beautiful Life’ and ‘Deep Style’ in his discography, Roth show’s off his playful side in ‘Have You Ever’, his first original release since 2014’s ‘Mel / Maya’. An off-beat groove paired with inventive percussion drives beneath soaring pads and steel drum chimes to great effect, but it’s the DJ Koze-esque stuttering vocal sample that steals the show in this unique melodic gem.

Metodi Hristov - Set About (Original Mix) OUT NOW

Located on the banks of the Rhine, Westerwald sounds like a far flung fantasy kingdom. Well known for its idyllic scenery and mountainous landscapes, the German region regularly provides inspiration for the likes of Dominik Eulberg, Gabriel Ananda and now Tim Engelhardt. 

The shining status alongside his illustrious peers is testament to Tim’s talent. At seventeen he released ‘Everything Is All You Have’ on Steve Bug’s Poker Flat label and he returned late last year with the excellent ‘Enigmatism’ EP.  He's also showcased his skills on Parquet, Babiczstyle and, most recently, Upon.You. Here we find him upping the ante once more with an impressive debut on Joris Voorn & Edwin Oostwal’s GREEN imprint.  

His trademark expansive melodic structures and exquisite use of harmonies are in evidence again as we’re wowed by the spine-tingling beauty of ‘Pan’ and blown away by the intricate, wonderful and aptly titled ‘Trabant’.

When we started Heist a few years back, our idea was to give a stage to talent in a same way as we have had a helping hand by the labels that have supported us from the beginning. Therefore, it’s our pleasure to share this release with you by newcomers ‘Ouer’, a Berlin based duo with only a handful of tracks out so far on their self released debut last year.
