We proudly welcome Rico to the Frequency Squad family with his powerful debut solo EP Hood Fever.

Rooted in the streets of Morocco and shaped by deep personal experiences, Rico blends raw energy, hypnotic grooves, and a unique emotional touch. The original track Hood Fever delivers gritty, tension-filled psytech with subtle cultural undertones.

On remix duty, Timo Lissy delivers a deep and stripped-back psytech interpretation, while Audible Thought pushes into trippy, late-night territory with his hypnotic and driving version.

To close the journey, Nausicaa explores a chilled, glitch-hop dimension that shows another side of Rico’s sound.

Digital Structures proudly presents the debut EP by Cord, a landmark release from the Hungarian producer who, after 20 years of sonic exploration, continues to evolve while staying rooted in his cultural heritage. 

The title track reflects this journey through soft, hypnotic techno, blending organic instrumentation and atmospheric depth with a soaring, emotive guitar motif. Inspired by the traditions of his homeland, Cord reimagines Tavaszhozó (Harbinger of Spring) by folk duo The Moon and the Nightspirit, weaving ancient melodies into a modern psychedelic context. 

Remixes by South Zone and Jack Smart bring peak-time energy and dancefloor momentum, elevating the EP while preserving its intricate musicality.

Robert Legge, aka Lightcamo, is a Mid-North Coast DJ and producer finding his space in dark, hypnotic, psychedelic techno. His sound balances gritty grooves with ghostly, ethereal touches - raw and immersive.

Travel and culture have influenced his music, fueling a style that's honest, boundary-pushing, and far from predictable. He's dropped releases on labels like Soliq Records, Joker Black Label, Imprint On Me, Shadow Wulf, Pryzm Waves, and Puzzles Records.
His tracks have found their place in the crates of DJs who appreciate textured, forward-thinking techno.
