Ooh boy what a fun set this was! Slotted in at 2AM during The Brink's takeover of Collective Delusions, and the only Synthwave artist on the lineup. I did my best to bring some of the best new (and some classic) synthwave across a style of sounds and show 'em we're more than just a youtube playlist ;)

Mad shoutouts to Collective Delusions for throwing an amazingly diverse party and the opportunity to play on an incredible stage in front of an open minded and loving crowd. And to The Brink of course for being the driving force in supporting both me and the diversification of music in the underground music scene. I wouldn't have had an opportunity like this without you.

Floating around interstellar space, my sensors picked up an outpost beacon from the Flavius colony in the Deni sector. Thinking it sounded like a good time, I set my navigation systems and headed on my way. Little did I know of the journey ahead of me, spacetime fluctuations entangled my ship, and upon arrival I was suddenly swept back Home! Back and forth I flew, the LightChaser's navigation engine being ran through its paces and warped around. I finally did arrive, ridding my ship of the spacetime glitches for a beautiful bass celebration by the Flavius colony! Zuli and Jj'aron welcomed me with open arms like one of their own and we partied the weekend away in a great, diverse, fun and beautiful time.

My love goes to the Flavius team for throwing such a great party, this is my ships log of the quest to get there, and back, and there again. It was a great honor to be able to play on such a stacked lineup, being able to a track called Arrakis in a big dusty dancefloor on  40 degree day was such a treat.

In the most "the current state of live music" performance ever, I pre-recorded and filmed a set to be played overseas in a live venue, to real people! 

The party was Miami Vice themed so I was pleased to play a selection of groovy synthy disco, moving into more ethereal housey tunes and closing it up in true Miami style with some darker grittier tunes (and of couse finishing the the amazing Carpenter Brut)

Quality destruction achieved! Played a great gig celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Big Fkn Robots track Destroy Humans, sharing the stage with them, /dev/null, ProN, DSLAM and Zerotonine

I got to open the night, so I start out with some nice atmospheric stuff, then pick up the chonk to warm up and fill the dancefloor. Got to play a bunch of songs I've been in love with (go starfarer woo) and hear them out of a great system. Enjoy!

Beta Notes:
Extremely grateful to Melburners for the opportunity to play music I love so much to a crowd of people who were for the most part unfamiliar with it. My first proper gig in front of a crowd of strangers, I was luckily backed up before and after by my friends A.K. and Derwents. Did not plan to get so heavy, but we went there and the crowd seemed to enjoy it which is great. I enjoyed going through a few styles, starting out groovy, getting heavier, then ending with the funkier bass music. I'm very happy with how it turned out, especially considering I only got asked to play about five days earlier and I spent the day before the party setting up, hanging out and packing up at Decom @ Ceres.

Hey there! Got my set from Laser Highway's A Ripper Aussie Christmas here for you. Originally 2 hours long, I trimmed the fat to make a much tighter more consistent mix. Really happy with how this turned out, starts at a nice and chill 98bpm and moves its way up to some great dancable tunes and ending with some harder stuff. Good mix to throw up at the start of a party to get things moving
