"Veggie Technology"

The last vibration of the seventh eternity thrills through infinitude. The mother swells, expanding from within without, like the bud of the lotus.

The vibration sweeps along, touching with its swift wing the whole universe and the germ that dwelleth in darkness : the darkness that breathes 0ver the slumbering waters of life. . .

 Darkness radiates light, and light drops one solitary ray into the mother-deep. The ray shoots through the virgin egg the ray causes the eternal egg to thrill, and drop the non- eternal germ, which condenses into the world-egg.

Then the three fall into the four. The radiant essence becomes seven inside, seven outside. The luminous egg, which in itself is three, curdles and spreads in milk-white curds throughout the depths of mother, the root that grows in the depths of the ocean of life.

The root remains, the light remains, the curds remain, and still Oeaohoo is one.
 The root of life was in every drop of the ocean of immortality, and the ocean was radiant light, which was fire, and heat, and motion. Darkness vanished and was no more; it dis- appeared in its own essence, the body of fire and water, or father and mother.

 Behold, oh Lanoo! The radiant child of the two, the un- paralleled refulgent glory : Bright Space Son of Dark Space, which emerges from the depths of the great dark waters.

emotions and experiences of the last year. 

During the period between autumn and spring I was blessed to experience four times a solitary retreat near the mountains to move a step forward in my own journey as human being and musician. 

I embraced the silence and found feelings that demanded to be welcomed and contemplated. 

Out of silence I found an interconnected universe that I express in the form of music. 

Thanks to the people who have shared moments with me over the past year, you are an essential part of all of this!

Due to our usual space (St Brigets Church Hall) not being available we deciding to initiate a new experience for our community by providing the same quality ecstatic dance experience, but outdoors at the Darebin Parklands Amphitheater. A spot Madhu and I have dreamt in doing a dance there for years.

We enjoyed being under the stars together, on the grass, connected to the earth, and in our dancing joy!

We deceive ourselves into believing that time belongs to us.
That immortality hides within our brightest days.
Every happy moment feels eternal.
Every embrace leaves an imprint destined to last forever.

But life slips away in silence.
And what remains are echoes.
Fragments suspended in an ocean of memory.
Faces, voices, laughter…
fade into the distance,
yet never cease to exist.

This is true eternity.
Not in the body.
Not in time.
But in the memories that keep on living.
Even when they become nothing but delicate shadows
whispering in our dreams.

And as we fall slowly into infinity,
with our hearts wrapped in the sweet illusion of never fading,
one question remains.

If our memories last forever,
who will keep them when we are gone?

To all who never stop dreaming,
remembering,
and believing in the invisible hope of eternity…
you are the reason echoes never fade.

Falling Into Forever

Sticking a dirty thumb in the eye of fate, our third collaboration sees our marrow deep family malarky turn official as Pace Yourself teams up with YS’s own imprint Erf Records for a split release.

Burn is the second YS album and written as a direct follow-up album to Brutal Flowers. If their first album was an exercise in the incremental, a construction of poise and patience, Burn, should be taken way the fuck at it’s word: it quite literally finds catharsis in twisted reverse. Birthed out the malignant kick found in deconstruction and chaos. The hit is radical and instant: a new way for the world to go up in smoke. Cauterising infected suburban minds world over.

Dunno quite what YS have been ingesting of late but this massively twisted LP touches on a host of gloriously fucked totemic underground sources while not sounding much like any of them. Struggling to conceal their tongues in their cheeks there’s an air of paranoia and proto-conspiracy theory. Leaving you feeling like you’ve stepped into a New World Order.

Burn like other works by YS, is its own ritual beast. ‘Moth’, a track which has been knocking about the underground deejai circuit for many moons, is a real raw slice of stoner erotica that reeks of obsession and unrequited desire. Elsewhere, on tracks like ‘Switch’, ‘Trying’ and ‘Drift’ the throughline from Brutal Flowers can be heard. Underneath the driving heavy gravity the trademark emotional intimacies of YS linger: eternal recurrence, ghosts of static and shortwave, worn memories of the playful and painful sort. The brief moments where flashes of orchestral ambience get out from underneath the swagger are so pure, personal and unguarded that for a moment they leave you completely lonesome.

A dubbed to death classic straight out of the annals of nowhere. A perfect postcard from oblivion. A bleak, bold and personally ferocious vision of tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow -
