This is a tune that was planned for an album but, long story short, the hard drive is no more (hell, I did have a backup drive, and I happened to fry it), and I never got to finish this one properly. 

Glad I had made a "test recording" at one point, so here you go, you can download as it is.

“The Trail” EP is the debut release of a new DNB producer, TRC2.

TRC2 has carved out his own style of breaks and sub-heavy music – not just for dancefloors but all spaces and places.
His works are inspired by legends of the scene such as Krust, Dilinja and Goldie, and current beatlayers Quartz, Fanu, and ASC, to name but a few.

“Although I primarily write drum & bass music, it’s not really about genre for me. I write music that I can get lost in, whatever style that may be – I hope it can do the same for others,” he says.

Lightless is proud to release his first EP.

Please check the audio file: it has short snippets of several DNB tunes by an artist you haven't heard much about but who, imho, needs to be heard.
Basically he makes some wicked, different DNB which I'd like to release. He's not much of an online type (he's a studio hermit!), and I feel he could use some words of encouragement about his stuff, so IF YOU LIKE this type of sound, do leave a comment here or on Soundcloud, and I'll let the artist know!

I want to get his EP out. 

Let's encourage him a bit…we all need some kind words every now and then.
