Robert Plant is best known for being the lead singer of Led Zeppelin.  Lightning 100 listeners have been hearing Robert Plant's new CD Band of Joy, featuring "Angel Dance" and "You Can't Buy My Love." The Doobie Brothers came in to the Lightning 100 studios to perform two songs live. They started with the song, Nobody. Chatted with Lt Dan Buckley, then performed their classic hit, Black Water. It's pretty funny when Lt. Dan was invited to sing along with the guys. Luckily were pretty sure he was in Key!

Katie Herzig dropped by the Lightning 100 studios to tell us about her new album coming out later this year. She performed a song from it and one you've probably been hearing a lot while watching tv lately. Lt. Dan and Katie discussed how she celebrated her birthday, eating sushi, and the show she'll be a part of this Tuesday celebrating Lightning 100's 21st birthday and 3rd and Lindsley's 20th birthday. Tommy Womack of the Nashville band, Daddy, stopped by the Lightning 100 studios before the grand finale of this seasons, Wednesday Night Wags. Wags is a weekly benefit concert for Happy Tales Humane, held at The Basement Nashville this year during the month of March. Happy Tales is a non-profit no kill shelter located at the Factory at Franklin, in Williamson County, TN. Kat Kitchcock of Happy Tales joined, Tommy, for the interview portion. She discussed the series and the current needs of Happy Tales Humane.
