It is easier to activate and balance your third eye, if your body, mind and spirit are in balance. The effect of this balance is a higher vibrational state which promotes easier connection with the spirit and subtle energies. To help you gain balance, try to practice the following.

Things to AVOID: 

- alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, caffeine
- heavy, processed and fatty foods
- lower the consumption of meat
- negative thoughts, anger, resentment 

Things to DO: 

- drink plenty of water (fluoride free)
- add lemon and raw apple cider vinegar to your diet 
- eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies
- super foods (e.g. raw cacao, spirulina, seaweed)
- exercise and dance
- Yoga, Reiki, Tai chi, Qi Gong or other spiritual practices
- walks in nature
- positive thinking, kindness, compassion
- meditation and visualization
