On side A, the main cut, 'Burned Skin', the tension offered by the strings is so powerful that it keeps you hypnotized vibrating on the bass line, when the drop arrives, that tension is multiplied with the melodies in such a way that You reach the top and explode to dance.
On the B side, 'Star Rumble' a track that will play with you, the way the bass asks and answers itself and the atmosphere that the vocals create, will make you wonder, what is happening here? Once again the drop is spectacular, Julian is an expert in that.

The much anticipated "Layers Of Meaning' album from Brazilian label favourite Felipe Novaes arrives on D-Nox's much loved Sprout label.

His music has graced Univack, Clubsonica, ICONYC and more, this talented DJ and producer is rising through the ranks, and with several releases under his belt for this German imprint already, the time was right for Felipe to showcase 12 gems as his new album project.

We are given a sneek peak with this album sampler, as 4 gems are sparkling brightly for you right here.

The title track 'Layers Of Meaning' oozes warmth and dreamy tinge, but is punchy and full of a smiley energy emanating from within. Big stuff!

Teaming up with Nine One for 'Scent Of A Memory', this gem picks up the pace, and brings a melodic and melancholic dramatic flavour, as this peak time club 'moment' really tugs at your heart strings. Seemingly ever building, this is a large one!

Next up we are delivered in to a 'Void' as this spacious a deep chuggy winner, packs a mean punch! hazy goodness!

Tasty electronica vibes to round off this sampler, as 'The Enlightenment' fuses deep and dramatic vibes with a pitched down, yet still dance floor friendly piece of coolness.

It seems that the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), the most important event in the world concerning our style of electronic music, is finally back in full force this year after the pandemic. And of course, Chrom is more than ready for it with our annual ADE Sampler ànd a label showcase on Saturday 22th October!

On the ADE2022 release called "Amsterdam 2022" we present once again some of our talents to the world with 11 brand-new exclusive tracks, covering the full spectrum from Progressive House and Indie Dance to Melodic House and Techno. We have many familiar Chrom artists on board for this compilation: label manager Pedro Mercado teaming up for the first time with JG Outsider, Fernando Lagreca, Qarrassa, Alex Sharp, Opera Omnia, Valen Frando, and Shemsu in collaboration with DAVIDEE. And they introduce also some new faces: SLP from Hungary, Elle Jae from New Zealand, Schön and Sturm from Germany and Greg Siokos from Greece.
