LOWLITA Records was born from the union of the set of values, connections and experiences of its creators: Gonçalo Miranda, Anna Tur and Hosse. A label with an identity and foundations based on the groove of house music and its fusion with techno and industrial forcefulness. Their first release is by Gonçalo and Anna Tur, who in recent years have reached a perfect understanding on an artistic level. An extraordinary synergy that can be perceived both in their multiple performances together as well as in joint projects and in the studio. And the proof of this is in the two original tracks that make up the EP "Caught in the Club". The homonymous track "Caught in the Club" opens the EP, an intense track with vocals that manage to lift the listener. The rhythmic base and the bass give off bursts of energy that maintain the tension throughout its more than seven minutes. The small melodic touches of the synth bring freshness to the track that will not go unnoticed in any set. The EP continues with a remix by Spartaque that is 100%% forcefulness from the first second. There is no room for respite, the acid bassline and the inclusion of the vocals support the leitmotif of the original track. The upward drop midway through the composition really blows up the track, marking a before and after in a set. The appearance of the syncopated and epic synth is as surprising as it is unforgettable, making "Caught in the Club" an essential track, perfect for the most climactic moment of the night. And finally, the second original track closes the EP: "KAP Evening", a track that moves in areas closer to tech house. The bass line stands out, in charge of making the dancefloor move. In some parts, the synth creates clear industrial reminiscences, closer to techno. We cant forget to mention the drop which is intense and effective, resulting in another perfect tool to move the audience in any club or festival. The artwork also deserves a special mention, as it is an original piece by LUIO ONASSIS DEL ZAU, a Portuguese graphic artist who will be in charge of all the label's visual creativities.

Next on ICONYC Noir we welcome Mexican superstar Vazik who teamed up with enigmatic duo High on Mars to bring us their brand-new 'Out of your Mind EP'. Hailing from Mexico & Iran respectively, the trio drops by with a lovely progressive and melodic techno influenced EP, which is easily one of their best body of works to date.

The opening track 'Surge of Energy' features rich driving textures; as well as euphoric and moody progressive melodic techno vibes to satisfy clubbing, uplifting and feel-good needs, which are the keywords for this beautiful and extraordinary release. Utilizing a hypnotizing groove as the basis of the mix underpinned by a stacked bassline that gradually eases its way to the breakdown of breaks percussive elements before unleashing into a rising melodic hook intertwined with the infectious groove that fades in and out for maximum effect. A sure fire winner. Essential stuff!

The accompanying title track 'Out of your Mind' delivers dance floor-oriented beats to get you moving. Shadow Wulf Records is thrilled to present Misfit from German producing partners Anina Owly and Thomas Klipps. Misfit features 2 original tracks -- Misfit / Lower Back -- with 3 remixes from Paul Neary and Shadow Wulf label-bosses Crescendoll and Drew Blyther. Misfit is Anina and Thomas’s second EP together, and the title track “Misfit” and “Lower Back” will make for their 10th and 11th tracks together. These two are a great partnership, in music and in life. Both have their own distinct sounds in the dark minimal community that lends to their collaborative style. Anina is known for doing all her own vocals which lends to a distinct originality in the tracks. “Lower Back” was created after a trip to Iceland with Thomas´s family where his father complained of back pain saying in German, "I don´t know what´s wrong with me, my lower back is killing me”, which sparked inspiration in Anina. The words sounded so entertaining in English, Anina began singing these words over and over the whole trip. Most of Anina´s vocals originate with stories like this.
