Here is the new EP by the Swedish artist Toviga Love Aka Mr Lova. Everyone already knew him for his hit 'We Rule' with George Palmer, published in 2016. Now Mr lova returns with more talent and creating hits in every riddim, ready to mash up the dancehall in the sweet rub a dub style.

We bring 4 new tunes, including two songs in combination, one with George Palmer and other Jah Tea. This showcase follows the line of the old school style , each vocal track is followed by a dub version. A work inspired by releases from Prince Jammys, Striker Lee, King Tubbys and other labels from the early 80s. Recalling classic rhythms such as Answer riddim (Bunny Lee), Stalag Riddim and My Man (Jenifer Lara, Studio One).

Tafawa Russell aka Likkle Briggie musical heritage is surrounded by the influence of Rastafari sounds and the message of a people through their experiences, practiced through the Twelve Tribes Faith known internationally as the Twelve Tribes of Israel.

His father is the legendary messenger of culture music, and the innovator of microphone toasting, and the sound system of the 70’s “Jah Love music”, Brigadier Jerry.  Young Tafawa experienced his father performing with the microphone at age six (6) and at that moment the urge to manipulate the microphone and create musical sounds echo within his mind.
Likkle Briggie started to sing and dance to audiences from an early age and the response he received from the applause excited him into becoming an entertainer.  He performed during his school days at Lannaman’s Prep and Mona High School.  He has performed alongside his father Brigadier Jerry, Charlie Chaplain and Josie Wales on Three the Hard Way, including Morgan Heritage and Sugar Minott.
   
Likkle Briggie spent the early 2000’s in England after recording with Dan Hudson and the Seers on the single “Wise Father” released from the all album “Got to Leave This Place” and finished his high school education while living and DJaying for several sound systems all over the England and performed on several stage shows in London and Manchester.
Since returning to Jamaica Likkle Briggie has been honing his skills and has been writing and recording new materials for his album under new management with a rebrand of his image “Likkle Briggie “Omerede”

Likkle Briggie is set to make an indelible impression on the mind of his listeners and the public with his social commentaries.  His EP Titled “The Rising of the Son produced by E.D.B Entertainment and was released in June 2013 and was featured in Riddim Magazine’s  one of Europe’s biggest giants in Reggae music July-August Edition.  Expect nothing but positive messages from this young artist  TJ aka Likkle Briggie.
