It's always a pleasure to play with @basementsessions_de as they were the first crew that let me play my first gig last year. 💫 This time we played at Kisselbar - a student dorm bar somewhere in Mainz, near Haus Mainusch. Schadtakustik provided a bomb sound system, which imho was perfect for this kind of location. It definitely won't be the last time we did this kind of "co-operation". Had a great dream team throughout the night @minzkonig, @voynich-music, @bassresonanz & @official.levlad and met a few new people. 
My song selection was imho 💣 as I played every single track I love af 🙆🏻‍♀️ without caring if it's too early to play this or that song. 
Luckily my set was recorded and so I can show you a bit of the evening.

The recording of the final edition of my Kyam - Beats on the Borderland show (jungletrain.net) is now up on archive:

I feel truly blessed and honoured to have been part of the Jungletrain family since October 2017. I've been in fine company, both in terms of DJs and listeners, and I've loved every minute. The station truly serves the underground scene, and is indispensable - long live Jungletrain! But, it felt like the right time to step down, and so after 8 years and around 160 shows, my final show was both very emotional and a massive high. 

Had immense fun playing a celebratory set, featuring a bunch of my all-time favourite tunes - the joy and buzz of mixing never dwindles. As there was no one on directly after me, I decided to extend the show, and ended up playing an extra 55 (whiskey-fuelled) mins.

Huge thanks to the whole Jungletrain family for their support, and to all those who've tuned in, been in the chatroom, checked the archive, and helped me out over the years - really means a lot :)
