Keeping It Green

Abducted from my home when I was a little kid

While we're in the Kyln we met a dude they call Drax

Rocket came up with a plan for us to all escape

got out of prison flew away in my Milano
Gamora gave me coordinates to somewhere I don't know

We finally arrived at a place called Knowhere
A criminal infested hive you shouldn't go there
We took the orb to a man called the Collector
Girl grabbed the stone inside before we could prevent her

Raw power was unleashed and destroyed the Archive
We took cover and we all made it out alive
Drax called Ronan seeking vengeance for his family's death
I had a feeling this is where I'd draw my final breath

We were defeated, Ronans goons came and took the stone
Yondu picked me up, said I had lost my backbone
we all talk it out, decide to steal the orb back
we just had to formulate some kind of planned attack

To get aboard Ronans ship we had to make a hole
we used a hedron cannon to retrieve the orb he stole
Rocket smashed my ship right into the Aster
Groot used himself to shield us all from more disaster

On the surface challenged Ronan to a dance off
destroyed his hammer grabbed the stone and blew his pants off
we took the stone and handed it off to Nova Prime
that's where this story ends I'll tell you more another time
