Kentucky based country/AmeriFlow duo Twang And Round have officially signed with Thirteen Skulls Entertainment for the release of their upcoming album in Spring 2018. To celebrate the new deal, Twang And Round have released their new video for "La Di Da Di" at www.youtube.com/user/lilroundofbgc. The video is a tribute to legendary hip-hop artist Slick Rick and a salute to the love Twang And Round have for the genre that influenced the group's unique blend of country, hip-hop, and southern rock, which they call “AmeriFlow”.
"We are excited to release our first new single out of Thirteen Skulls Entertainment," commented Twang and Round's Vernon Roach. "The track 'La Di Da Di' is from our upcoming full-length album coming out in 2018. This track was so amazingly fun to create and also pays homage and respect to legendary icon Slick Rick and all other pioneers the came before us. It also represents what we felt was the jambalaya of culture that exists from rural America, all the way to the core of this worldwide lifestyle. We felt like this was the best way to come out of the gate to debut our genre, and movement we call AmeriFlow. Strap on your seatbelts and ride with ya' boys!"
Take a couple of Kentucky boys - Vernon Roach (a.k.a "Kuntry Twang") and Brad Davis (a.k.a "Lil Round") - who share a musical palette that ranges from Credence Clearwater, Black Crows, and Lynyrd Skynyrd to UGK, OutKast, and Beastie Boys, then mix in a little moonshine and you get Twang And Round. With a unique sound that bridges the gaps between country and hip-hop, Twang And Round immediately began to warm the hearts of fans who love to have fun, share a couple drinks, and roll through the heartland with the windows rolled down. The group's blue-collar work ethic and comedic escapades have led to them stack up more than 6 million plays on YouTube, 4 million plays on Spotify, appear on the "Mud Digger" compilation series, and collaborate with genre heavyweights like Big Smo, Bubba Sparxxx, Sarah Ross (from American Idol), and Jawga Boyz.
