This is now the piano solo (initial/original) acoustic version of "Sleep, My Boy" (2024), in the eponymous album to appear by the end of this year. In it, my idea is to collect only this and another track, "Thinking of You", but each of them will have a full, electro-symphonic version as well as 3 acoustic versions.

The track was composed in GarageBand iOS in the morning of 4 July 2024 and mixed in Logic Pro on 13 July 2024, with a final mix and arrangement on 9 August 2024. It was released here on SoundCloud on 8 November 2024.

The composition was inspired by my recently-born gorgeous grandson, while he was sleeping next to me in a rainy and cloudy summer morning (during a week of holidays together in a small village on the Halkidiki Peninsula, north Greece - where the photo of the artwork also comes from). The artwork cover for the track and for the album uses a photo I took on 3 July 2024 that was cropped and annotated by me in Mac OS Preview on 17 August 2024.
