Chris Johnston, originally from Banbridge, began his dancing career at the age of 11 in Northern Ireland and he progressed to winning the All Ireland Under 16 Latin Championships three times. He later won the Under 21 European Amateur Championships in 1982 and five years later won the US Open Amateur Latin Championships.  The list of accolades goes on. Chris talks openly about his career, his relocation to the USA and his business ventures in the dancing field.
