Lil Wish was born on the westside of Chicago, in the summer of 1986. Lil Wish, however as he transitioned from a child to an adult, his persona demanded respect, and yet has decided to keep the "Lil" in his name to define strength and endurance. He is beyond a rapper/songwriter/producer, but an entertainer as well, who has been in the game for over ten years to date. At the tender age of 24, you may remember him from the 2006 juke classic "Pop, Drop", that has had teens "juking" from Chicago all the way down to Tuscaloosa. His performances are that of a young Busta Rhymes, Twista, mixed with Diddy.He is the crown holder of the Chicago Music Award of 2004 for "Best Entertainer of the Year" and "Best Teen Performer of the Year". He still hold that title today with his newer and much more mature approach. Wish has opened up for everyone from rapper 50 Cent to rapper Too Short. With over 10,000 plays on the radio of various singles combined, Lil Wish is known to be a complete artist that has the capability to endure in the music business.
