A Personal Prayer

December has become a bit of a dark period remembering people I've lost so the composition reflects the melancholy while also reflecting the great memories I had with them (so not all gloomy). First time I've composed something with/for cello and violin using software instruments - so hopefully one day with real instruments. Happy 2025!

Have you known a person that just didn't fit in anywhere,  had a hard time making friends or always just seemed like they were unhappy and just preferred to be alone? Maybe that outcast was you? I think we all felt that feeling of being a complete alien to any situation at one time in our life. I wrote a song about it, Here are the lyrics:
