David Lowell Smith's latest release “Slacker” on his own label "Space Vacation Recordings" is a massive dance release with some very cool contrasting music drawing on a wide variety of sources for inspiration. 
 
The 1st track “Slacker” is a deep tech house banger with a pulsing rhythm and a quirky melody in the break.  Like a lot of his releases, it has a 1980s Synthwave/deep house fusion sound, with tom fills reminiscent of Yello and other 80s dance tracks.
