The Japanese-born, but London-based DJ somehow manages to make the heaviest of beats sound light and refined. His programming, razor-sharp mixing, refined curation, and humble attitude have earned him spots at some of the dopest venues and festivals around. Through his label SAISEI he also introduces long-forgotten obscurities from The Land of the Rising Sun to discerning collectors and selectors in Europe. Parisian DJ, producer and label head Poggio is currently adding swathes of genre defining music to his artillery. From his deep rooted involvement in the French scene this artist has staked his name on the depth of his record collection and heights of his productions. As well as his own tracks, alongside Gabriel Belabbas, he has also now created a platform for others to shine by way of his Positive Future Music. Already at edition five which featured killer tracks from Juaan, Ramez, Plazeg, and his own co-produced hitter alongside Aline Umber, this explains what realms he maneuvers in. 

Having been on our radar for sometime, we thought it was high time he joined our InSession series and Poggio comes correct with an extract from his set at Bürro in Mainz, Germany. By now you should have spotted on our socials the trademark curved hangar style club that as well as boasting an impressive built in lighting rig offers sizzling dancefloor scenes on the regular. This night is clearly no different as Poggio quickly shifts through the gears pummeling the crowd with wave after wave of chest caving beats and outrageous acid basslines. As with all our InSession artists, Poggio is one to watch and to most definitely one to catch in action as soon as possible.
