Dieses Set war eine Heilung für mich. Ich habe mich zu Hause eingesperrt und bin tief in die Musik eingesunken. Seelisch ging es mir eher schlecht als recht. Aber einmal mehr hat es die Musik geschafft, mich aus einem Tief herauszuholen. Es steckt einiges an persönlichen Emotionen in der Track-Auswahl bzw. in den jeweiligen Melodien die mich gefangen haben. Einiges an Trauer und Wut wird verarbeitet, um dann aber auch meine innere Ruhe wieder zu finden. Ich bin so dankbar für die wundervolle und oft auch anspruchsvolle Musik, welche die Künstler/innen in den letzten Monaten produziert haben. Ich wünsche mir, dass ich Dich auf meine kleine Reise mitnehmen kann und Du eintauchen, ausgelassen dazu tanzen oder einfach zuhören kannst.

Die ursprünglich aus Berlin stammende @kikikokolores, lebt, spielt, arbeitet und veranstaltet mittlerweile seit fast einem Jahrzehnt in Kassel. 
Ja in Kassel und das sogar freiwillig ;) 
Irgendwann machte sie ihre lebenslange Passion für Musik und das erstellen an Playlists für die privaten Partys ihrer Freunde zum professionelleren Hobby, in dem sie sich ans DJ Pult stellte. 
Da sie selbst Musik in allen Formen, Farben und Facetten liebt hat sie sich immer verschiedener Genres und Einflüssen bedient aber lange immer das schnellere elektronische Metier abgedeckt. 
Als die Pandemie anfing und sie mehr zu Hause Musik machte und hörte entwickelte sie eine starke Liebe zur Downtempo Musik. Die vielen Unterschiede und wieviel darin passieren kann hat sie gepackt und spielt immer Tracks die etwas in ihr bewegen! Vor allem wobbelnde Bässe haben es ihr angetan!

Seit Urzeiten schon erklingt Musik in ẒIJN’s Herkunftsfamilie als die essentielle Kunst aller Künste, die schon früh allgegenwärtig waren. Das Talent des Klangkünstlers wurde ihm buchstäblich mit in die Wiege gelegt. Einige Instrumente formten den Werdegang und das grundlegende emotionale Empfinden. Als er aufwuchs, kamen die ersten Versuche mit alten CD-Playern Goa und Trance zu mischen. Die Zeit verging und die Prioritäten verlagerten sich auf visuelle Kunst wie Malerei und Design.

Doch irgendwann entdeckte „Techno“ ẓıȷŋs ständigen perma-kreativen Gestaltungsdrang und es begann eine zeitlose Reise durch elektronische Klangwelten, mal melodiös, mal #deepdown, mal hypnotisch, mal bunt gemischt und immer wieder mit schamanischen Einflüssen. Seitdem gräbt @medi-zijn ständig nach neuem Sound und kombiniert verschiedene und seltsame Stile miteinander, so wie es ein Alchemist tun würde.

ẓıȷŋ kommt vom niederländischen Wort „zijn“, was so viel bedeutet wie „sein“ und dafür steht seine Musik. Das jetzt.

Der aus Zürich stammende @AusLiebe war schon als Kind von der Musik fasziniert. Mit übergrossen Kopfhörern lauschte er gespannt den Vinylplatten seiner Eltern und beschallte mit seinem Fisher-Price Recorder die Nachbarschaft. Die Jahre vergingen, aber die Leidenschaft für Musik blieb.

Anfangs von der Geschwindigkeit und Melancholie des Deep House berauscht, fand er auf seinen Reisen die Liebe zur Entschleunigung und zu den hypnotisch treibenden Bässen Asiens, Afrikas und Lateinamerikas.

Seine Geschichten, in welchen er ethnische Rhythmen und sphärische Klänge zu einer tanzbaren, liebevoll verträumten Symphonie vereint, sind mal düster, mal euphorisch, mal schnell, mal langsam, aber immer aus Liebe erzählt.

Wenn @c_vago sich an die Decks stellt ist einiges Gewiss - gute Laune, gute Beats und ein ansteckendes Grinsen, welches von hinter den Decks nach vorne strahlt. Sein intuitives Mixing, kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit sich einzelne Stellen herauszupicken, zu isolieren und einen Remix on the fly zu erstellen ist einfach wunderbar und bringt Bewegung und positive Neugierde in den Raum. So weiß das Tanzpublikum Kassels seine Sets seit langem sehr zu schätzen, von Open-Air Auftritten hin zu diversen Kellerpartys! Doch dabei ist er keinseswegs nur auf der langsamen Seite unterwegs, denn durch seine gleichzeitige Liebe zum technoideren Bereich der elektronischen Musik ist Abwechslung in seinen Sets immer gegeben! Ob als Drummer der Frau Alles Band, an den Decks beim Solo-Auftritt oder in Kombination mit der Dreiradfahrt bringt er jederzeit sein schönes Rhythmusgefühl mit ein - während der Wille, dazu zu tanzen und dabei herumzuspringen kaum umgehbar ist!

Und damit sind nun auch alle drei Räder der @Dreiradfahrt bei Limpio Records angekommen! @c_vago, @elcoordese und @kikikokolores sind drei sehr gute Freunde und Musikenthusiasten, bei denen das Motto "all night long" sowohl beim privaten Mixing als auch bei öffentlichen Auftritten großgeschrieben wird. Als b2b2b legen sie am liebsten auf und schmeißen sich gegenseitig die Tracks hin und her, ob drei oder zwölf Stunden lang spielt dabei keine Rolle. Wir sagen dankeschön für die schönen Einladungen und schicken ganz liebe Grüße raus aus Kassel ❤️

Yaku means Water in the indigenous Quechua language and for him represents the ability to flow with the audience through the waves created by music love and life.

Yaku started the record label Die feine Mukke [Musicalidosa] (@diefeinemukke) in 2013; and performed @burningman in 2015. 

His live performances, music and sets take the audience on an ethnic, tribal and shamanic journey that creates hypnotic atmospheres to heal the soul through dance and movement. 

After he he joined the Limpio-Family with a remix for @cristianmonakmusic we can now be happy and thankful that he takes us with us again with this new Hörwerk. You can find peaces of him as well on labels like @solselectas, @sonatural-label or @beesoundmusic.

She discovered electronic music and the parties where it is played about ten years ago at hidden little open airs in her adopted hometown, the Black Forest, and pursued this newfound joy for many years as a passionate dancer at parties and festivals. When she finally ventured behind the decks at Corona-Break to keep music in her life, she could not have dreamed what doors this would open for her - so many exchanges with other music lovers, new friendships that would develop, invitations to parties and festivals she's attended as a guest in years past, and most importantly, and still her favorite thing, motivation to get involved with her favorite sounds and create mixes for podcasts like this one that she's been listening to for years. Although she likes it dark and driving sometimes, she tried to combine in this set mainly tracks that remind her of danced-through hours from her youth, are cheerful and maybe bring back memories of sunny summer days with a glass of champagne in hand. New Hörwerk by @frolov-ua

a talented DJ who grew up in the heart of the nightclub
scene at Labyrinth in Dnipro city, Ukraine. His love for music started at the young age of 14, and he quickly became known for his ability to organize and DJ some of the best parties in the area.
From 2011 to 2015, Frolov launched the Home Thursday party, followed by Party Bar Thursdays in 2016, and then established the Soul Culture Community - a vision for slow downtempo parties in Ukraine called Soul Serenades, and big festival events called Soul Night, which took place as raves in abandoned locations.
As a resident of the Ukrainian downtempo label Povilno Music, Frolov produces a cosmic mood of slow music with old school edits that align with his favorite music. His music is perfect for creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere at any party or event. 
Due to war in Ukraine, Frolov became a traveler without a home. Currently residing in Berlin, you can often find him playing music on the streets as DJ Omlet. Cooking omelets for free in different locations is his favorite hobby, which he combines with his passion for music.

Ziz: 

Als Gegenstück zu den anderen beiden Ungeheuern, wurde Ziz seinem eigenen Schicksal überlassen. Seine Flügel seien so groß, dass man jeden Flügelschlag spürt, seine Beine so lang, dass er nur bis zu den Knien im Ozean stünde. Diese gewaltige Größe und Kraft sollten beispielsweise unter Verwendung von Adlerschreien verdeutlicht werden. Als Produzenten versuchten wir die Luft und die Spannung spürbar festzuhalten.

New Hörwerk by Johann Bello

Inspired by organic and oriental sounds, 27-year-old Wahl-Berlin Johann Bello (born Paul) started his downtempo project about 3 years ago, after he was mainly a Melodic Techno DJ. 
With the creative use of his own signature Kalimba sound paired with synthesizers and organic percussion sounds, he develops his own vibrant style. 
His sound can be described as emotional, melancholic, partly mysterious and yet driving.

❖ What began as a simple exchange between friends grew into two heartfelt reinterpretations of Dan Bay’s track. 

❖ Exploring the universe with open ears and an open heart this remix carries the light and the cosmic fascination that has always shaped Marcel’s artistic work. 

❖ It is both a tribute to resilience; especially because of the heavy loss of Marcello; but at the same time a reminder that there is a whole universe of beauty waiting if we dare to listen.

Sahra Bass is a Berlin born and based Djane with arabic roots on her paternal side. And she loves bass. Well, and melodies.
Having listened to her father playing the Darbuka often when she was little, she became fascinated with the power of rhythm from very early on. This, combined with the fact that she has always found herself being mesmerized by the spirit of nature (notably the power of mountains), gave birth to her passion for organic, earthy sound, targeting deep driving bass lines while retaining a sense of tenderness and melancholy.


She’s taken her first steps DJing in 2018 only, but has been connected with music a lifetime, mostly through singing and some modest guitar or percussion accompaniment.
She feels like now she has finally found a tool to express her enthusiasm for vibrant rhythms and uplifting melodies, while creating a space for a community to find common ground and connectedness through music. Sahra Bass’s heartbeat further reverberates in her current downtempo duo project “Bassara”, in which she partners up with artist Reyneke to produce slow deep and melodic, yet danceable compositions. They have released a few tracks so far with labels such as Amselcom, Down and WAYU - and much more is in the works…!

Julii is a german DJ and Event organizer based in Budapest.
Moody and varied, the Music Julii plays is as  capricious and diverse as life itself.

„Life is colorful“ is a saying that Julii likest o use to descripe the developement of his life.
After a commercial apprenticeship in Munich he moved to Berlin in 2006 and decided to concentrate exclusively on his life as a DJ and to push his own club Events.
For three  years he was the head oft the underground club „White Rabbit“ in Germany.
After his move to Budapest, he keeps on organizing downtempo Music Events and Techno Festivals such as „Moody Music“ and „The Kundalini-Express“ till today.
