Limbo

This work was composed in empathy for besieged residents of the city Homs, Syria.
News reports early in 2014 of a cease-fire enabling many residents to leave the besieged city were poignant, and undoubtedly triggered feelings of empathy in many people around the world. This work centres on three themes, in response; war, sorrow and hope.
