Linda grew up in Sheffield, England, with a year spent in Grand Rapids, Michigan USA, where she majored in theatre studies. She has a BA honours degree jointly from Aberystwyth University College of Wales and UCSD (University of San Diego California) in 1988; she also gained a Masters degree from De Montfort University, Leicester, in Community Education with Youth and Community Development JNC professional qualification in 1997.  Linda has a thirst for knowledge and is qualified in a diverse array of subjects: including an adult Trainer, Indian Head masseuse and MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) qualified professional.

All music on this site is written and performed by Linda Rose; with performances by others noted.

Among many plays, sketches and songs, Linda Rose has written and composed three full-length musicals: 
"The Journey" based on the parable of the Prodigal Son; 
"The Strangest Night" a nativity musical performed in 2001 and 2011; 
and "Before the Dawn" based on the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Her book of short plays "Easy sketches for Busy Churches" published in 2008 is available from Amazon and other booksellers

CDs produced include Inner Sanctum, 2001; and Angels and Demons, 2008 where more recent technology allowed voices to be recorded. Linda is currently working to re-record voiceless tracks with improved sound quality and voices. 

Linda has worked since her adolescence with community creative arts, and runs all age and children's workshops producing musicals and dramas of all lengths. She is passionate about using creative arts for healing inner trauma in her "love and laughter" creative therapy workshops over the past 8 years in all settings in Sri Lanka and India. She has worked in prisons (including with death row in mates), rehabilitation camps, IDP camps, children's homes, remand centres, schools, temples and churches; and with tsunami and war rehabilitation and survivors of sexual abuse.
