The first song that I dared to share ... and then it took on a life of it's own. Written as a gift for someone special ...  turned out to be a message for me and just about everyone. The magic of the unique becoming universal...both starting with 'U' (or you).

I See The Sun

Linda Vanderlee (vocal's, guitar, ukulele) enjoys playing popular and not so common covers as well as her originals. Songwriting allows her to reflect on and tap into a sliver of life's experiences, emotions, and observations. 

Sun On the Floor is our name for any combination of musical friends joining Linda in song. More often than not, that means  Bob Muller (double bass). Bob was the original bass player for Sun On The Floor in 2009 and has been joining Linda again over the last few years. 

Linda hosts musical jams in Rupert, Qc, remaining on the lookout for that magic musical match, fellow musicians who align and complement the sound and energy that works. 

Linda enjoys playing with and for others at fundraisers and community gatherings, simply for the sheer joy of it.
