My most talkative classes respond best when I allow the noise to take place. So when they have cleaned up after a lesson, instead of figuring out who has the cleanest and quietest table, I choose the table that is most "zen". They all hold their arms out in position, close their eyes, and repeat "om" over and over again . . . It's hilarious!
