Vertov Model is a techno artist based in Paris who, through his mixes and podcasts, seeks to create a unique, phantasmagorical, and demanding universe, blending metallic percussion and screaming vocals. He devotes considerable time to each podcast in order to select the best tracks, alternating moments of tension and release. Each track must find its place in the mix, carefully considered and coherent. He uses techno to reflect the current state of the world. This podcast for Line Out is an invitation to embark on a journey—an austere, poetic, and violent journey.

Minor Player : It was in 2013 that Parisian DJ Minor Player fell in love with techno and its world, after an evening spent in the famous Danish club Culture Box. Since then, she has continued to increase her knowledge of techno music. It is therefore as a true enthusiast of the New Wave movement and its sub-genres that Minor Player quickly developed an appetite for EBM and its artists, such as Mind / Matter, XTR Human, OTHR, Sarin or Reka. Minor Player intends to transport her audience into the post-industrial era of the 80s whose cold and metallic, but incredibly catchy sounds transport us into an ode to letting-go in each of her sets. Their captivating complexity led her to join the Atrium collective. Fanzine Project invites Serkin !

With more than two decades of trajectory in Barcelona's underground scene, Serkin has established himself as one of the city's most solid and coherent figures. His approach to electronic music goes far beyond entertainment: for him, it is a tool for social transformation, a way to build community, and a channel for political and cultural expression.

True to an independent and uncompromising vision, he created his own label, Tourian Records, giving space to raw, deep, and identity-driven sounds. A platform where risk and honesty coexist, and where musical narrative matters as much as the dance floor. Serkin plays exclusively on vinyl, defending the format as an aesthetic, ethical, and technical decision. This choice is reflected in his style: physical,precise, and with a direct connection to the very substance of sound.

Throughout his career, he has brought his sets to iconic clubs such as Tresor (Berlin), Nitsa Club, Moog, Stardust, or HOR (Berlin), always leaving a mark built on technical solidity, refined selection, and an emotional intensity that connects with the dance floor through honesty.
He also drives the Celobert events, a series of gatherings that support and give visibility to emerging artists from the Spanish scene, promoting a collaborative and horizontal model that highlights community, commitment, and creativity.

Fanzine Project is a record label, a school and a booking agency run by artists and teachers, based in A Coruña, Galicia, Spain : Roi, Pablo and Lefrenk. Two goals have been guiding their destiny since 2008 : to promote awareness, expansion and accessibility of electronic music in their city, and to encourage an avant-garde cultural scene through different projects and approaches.

ZPKF is part of the pioneering generation that took the arrival of techno in France in the late 80s in its stride. A radical raver in the early 90s, a DJ criss-crossing emerging parties, an apprentice producer and then a host sharing his passion on a local radio station, ZPKF gradually broadened his musical spectrum, moving from a hardcore/acid base to more techno sounds.

Feeling the need to go further and break down the limits that separate him from complete compositional freedom, he then initiated himself into the fine art of machine tinkering, a complex and delicate art in which, by dint of try and learn, he acquired solid know-how.

After working in the Motorbass studios and founding Torb with his friend Julien Naudin, ZPKF pursued his solo career, devoting himself to deep, essential, unpredictable, unadorned Techno, capable of freeing minds from their heaviness and transporting them into that very special state of psychic trance. ZPKF has signed to labels such as Volphonie, Dosis, Suara, Duat and Walking Records, and continues his work as a machine stakhanovist on Line Out Radio. Æster invites Nekra Damage in her residency on Line Out Radio ! (tracklist below)

Originally from France, Nekra Damage has been developing a distinctive sound at the crossroads of industrial, rave/hardcore techno, and EBM, creating cinematic soundscapes with dystopian undertones.

Born in the early 2000s, the project draws its roots from the influence of Kraftwerk, DAF, Planet Core Production label, punk and the oldschool industrial / hardcore techno scene. Over the years, this approach has evolved toward a crossover of musical styles enriched with meticulous sound design work, sculpting immersive universes where techno and hardcore power meets sophisticated industrial textures.

The project performs as DJ sets or live acts in clubs, A/V festivals, and artistic events, having notably played in Berlin, Rome, Geneva, Lyon, Marseille, Cannes..

In 2019, Nekra Damage founded Culture of Violence, a label dedicated to emerging artists from the experimental electronic, industrial, and doom techno scene, inaugurated with an event in Berlin the same year. Among his significant releases are "Pressure" on Haunted and "Deurtz" on Dark. Descent., while his name appears on respected labels such as Traumatic and Aurora Mortem Records.

ÆSTR, France-based DJ & Producer, began her artistic journey in 2010, as Yshar : a professional dancer and musician in electro-world live projects. Previously a bass player in a psyche-rock band in Paris, she performed for Hadra Festival and toured across France and Europe.

In 2011, she began producing tracks as ÆSTR, driven by her love for industrial, ambient and techno music. She fused it with psytrance to create psytechno tracks. She began djing in 2017 in the french cradle of electronic music : Grenoble. Now based in Lyon, she has established her DJ set signature : a strong foundation in Industrial Techno, enhanced by the harshness of rhythmic Noise, Dark Techno and the sexy groove of EBM. She creates an organic dialogue, punctuated by atmospheric vocals and metallic percussion. Her dance and music background allows her to create a mesmerizing, surprising and brutal experience. Ross McMillan, known professionally as Carlos Nilmmns, is a Scottish electronic music producer, DJ, and composer originally from Glasgow. His interest in electronic music began in the early 1990s, influenced by the local scene and early releases from Glasgow’s 23rd Precinct Records. By the late 1990s, he began producing music and studying audio engineering, laying the foundation for his career.

McMillan’s early development was supported by producer Vince Watson, whose mentorship introduced him to studio production techniques and electronic composition. His initial work attracted attention from both EMI/Positiva Records and Glasgow DJ Domenic Cappello, who provided further guidance and encouraged McMillan’s exploration of Detroit and Chicago house music.

He became active within Glasgow’s creative community, collaborating with local producers and DJs including Graham Wilson, DJ Harri, Ian Elgey, Deek Reaper, and Kushi, and Tom McGarrigle. During this time, he also gained experience in classical and band settings, performing in orchestras as a child and later producing for funk and indie groups. He contributed remixes for various artists, including one fronted by a BAFTA-nominated musician. McMillan worked for a while at Seventh Sign Recordings, gaining further insight into independent label operations and music curation. A subsequent move to France broadened his creative scope, involving work in theatre productions and collaborations with fashion brands in Paris.

Over the years, McMillan has collaborated with a range of notable artists, including Grammy-nominated and Grammy-winning figures. These include Kenny Dope (Grammy-nominated), Carl Craig (Grammy-nominated), Kevin Saunderson (Grammy-winning with Inner City), and Davina Bussey (Grammy-nominated vocalist). He has also worked with respected artists such as Niko Marks, DJ Rolando, Laurent Garnier, Santiago Salazar, Hardrock Striker, Karl The Voice, Zadig, Ben Sims, Andrés (Who worked with Jay Dilla and Moodymann), and YouANDme.
His music has been released on a number of respected labels, including Planet E Communications, TRAX Records, Cocoon, Ornaments, Cod3 QR, Circus Company, Virgin Records, and Skylax/Universal Music France. His style draws from house, techno, and jazz influences, often combining analog and digital production methods.

As of 2025 - He is now focusing on various projects for Laurent Garnier's label Cod3 Qr and Ornaments. His collaboration song with Genoveva is featured on the TRAX 40 compilation as reported by DJ Mag has been nominated for 3 Grammys. Revealed on COD3 QR, Laurent Garnier's label, the French producer Voltaire aims to become a key figure in the renewal of French electronic music with an album in 2025 entitled "Echoes". Ahead of its release "[QR]D.292.VOL1.24" presents 3 of its tracks. Voltaire has also signed banging tracks on A-Traction and more recently on Electronik Zoo Sounds.

Voltaire doesn't belong to the serail, the preferential circuits of the electro universe: he's an artist who built his career through passion, after electronic music fell into his lap somewhat by chance. Coming from a region far from the preferred circuits of the electro world, he cultivated his predispositions in autarky. Very quickly, the musician took advantage of his training in the audio-visual industry (where he worked as a sound recordist and mixer for cinema, advertising and haute couture) to raise the artistic and technical quality of his productions to a very high level.

Voltaire uses his perfectionist approach to music to create a richly emotional eclecticism, inspired by reminiscences of the historical signatures of electronic music, from the pioneers of Detroit to the glorious electro decades of the 2000s and 2010s. Between nostalgia and the search for new forms of contemporary electro, which must reconcile efficiency and inspiration: "I love all facets of electronic music and I want to remain open to all influences. This approach also allows me to avoid formatting my music".

Today Voltaire is a COD3 QR regular: he has remixed "Tales from the Real World" from Laurent Garnier's latest album, had several vinyl and digital releases and has been in the line-up of several events with the godfather of French techno, with whom a relationship of loyalty and trust has been firmly established. Benouze invites Soyoon in "House is not dead" !

The DJ and producer, resident at Mihn Club in Hong Kong and Macadam in Nantes, lives between Seoul and Paris. Soyoon followed her parents to France at the age of 13. Heavily influenced by her grandfather, who was an avid collector of psychedelic rock and Asian party music cassettes and vinyl records, she has always been immersed in a musical atmosphere without borders! A fan of Depeche Mode, Prince, and David Bowie, she made her first compilations, which she listened to on her first dolphin blue Aiwa Walkman.

This is undoubtedly the reason for the perfect balance of her sets, which flow between several genres without specializing in a single aesthetic. DJ, producer, and artistic director of the Kluster label and collective, Benouze (aka oMe who ran "Electro-Nirique" show during last season on Line Out), offers a new House residency to express all the love he feels for this timeless genre.

In Benouze’s own words :

“It still grooves, it still makes you sweat, it still warms hearts and gets arms raised. And that’s exactly why I’m launching this residency. House music was my first crush. It’s raw, accessible, a little cheeky, and it opened all kinds of doors for me: techno, Italo, and dark disco… But deep down, it always comes back to house. Because nothing beats a good track that gives you chills from the very first notes, puts a huge smile on your face, and sweeps you up in the collective communion of the dance floor.

Blach is a Galician artist in constant evolution — a techno lover, vinyl enthusiast, and synthesizer addict. His beginnings are deeply rooted in the early 2000s rave scene of Vigo, as well as several residencies in local clubs, which later led to countless performances at parties and festivals up to the present day. After 20 years behind the decks, a pandemic, and much work and learning, he reinvents himself in live format as Soul Lazh Live, his most ambitious project yet. 

Armed with drum machines, synthesizers, effects pedals, and distortions, he creates dynamic and powerful techno, full of strong synthesized sequences, hypnotic melodies, and immersive atmospheres — all while staying true to the old-school spirit to revolutionize dance floors. Beyond his live sets, Spin Blends, a 4-turntable and 2-mixer “only vinyl” B2B with J. Faby Santos, known as Noisy Chilli, is a Brazilian-born, Dublin-based DJ shaping a powerful presence in the underground electronic music scene. With a deep passion for Electro, Techno, Acid and Breaks, she delivers high-energy sets marked by precision, bold curation and an instinctive connection to the dancefloor. Her sound blends Latin pulse, European grit and futuristic textures, creating an identity that is unmistakably her own.

After relocating to Dublin, she immersed herself in the city’s vibrant nightlife, refining her technique at Camden Academy and developing a distinctive musical approach that reflects both her roots and the evolving landscape around her. Her performances are known for their intensity, fluidity and emotional charge, capturing audiences through meticulous musical research and a fearless attitude behind the decks.

Noisy Chilli has performed across São Paulo at Bar do Netão, Vai Ter After Depois, Hi Tek Soul and Canal DJ Radio, and has built a strong presence in Dublin through appearances at Dublin Modular, TenLucky’s, The Magnet, Dashi, The Sound House (Terrace), Bang the Box, Crystal Queer Club, as well as guest shows on Dublin Digital Radio.

In 2024, she reached a new level in her career. She opened for international artists Badsista and EVIHIVE, and performed at two of Ireland’s most important festivals: Open Ear Festival and Electric Picnic. As a resident DJ with the Smile Collective, she solidified her reputation for delivering high-impact sets defined by seamless transitions, unexpected twists and a strong sense of narrative and energy.
Her momentum continued into 2025, a year marked by international expansion and major milestones. She made her Berlin debut, stepping into one of the most influential club ecosystems in the world. She performed in London at Planex Wax, playing for Obrigado Sound System and Baile Trama, further establishing her presence in the UK scene. She also joined the lineup of Fuinneamh Festival, one of Ireland’s most celebrated underground gatherings, and shared the booth with RHR and EKATA at Smile Collective events, reinforcing her role within Dublin’s forward-thinking electronic community.
Beyond her performances, Noisy Chilli is the creator and curator of Electro Chronicles, her ongoing SoundCloud series dedicated to exploring and celebrating the global electro landscape.
