It's only taken a few days but I did a Piano/Midi version of Megalovania from Undertale!
I found music sheets for it online somewhere (I'll update this if I find them again) and I just had to make a piano/midi for it.

MeGaLo Strikes Back - I Miss You - Earthbound 2012

A battle theme inspired by TratserEnoyreve's lovely comic "The Thought", which describes a hypothetical future in which Sans absorbs all of the human souls and becomes the terrifying toucan we all know and love, officially named Sans Seraphim.

Musically-speaking, I basically went for "Megalovania in the style of Your Best Nightmare", and had fun incorporating various boss themes into the mix.  This is one of the longest and most complicated pieces I've worked on, and I hope you enjoy it!
