Hi. My name is Linnea (Lyn-NAY-uh). I started "Notes of Hope" several years ago. I am a singer/songwriter, inspirational speaker, mental health educator and writer.

I have been playing the piano and singing since I was 4 years old and writing piano pieces and lyrics since 3rd grade. Where words fail, music speaks.

As an artist, I share my story of living with and overcoming depression, anxiety, ptsd and trauma through inspirational public speaking and also through sharing music I have written.
"Notes of Hope" is all about giving hope and sharing healing music (along with inspirational words, my blog and song lyrics). 

I also have recordings of interviews and inspirational public speaking in different live events, which i will be adding on here, as well. ♡

Music is where my soul lives and breathes and the piano is my altar where I pour out my emotions.  Writing and creating music is my lifeline to God and a healing balm for my heart.
