Written, arranged, and performed by Gino Di Nunno. The third track off the upcoming album, SOULKILLING. Copyright 2021. The first part of the vocal is my best portrayal of my character dragging through a day quite tired, and the vocal picks up later to reveal an inability to fall asleep as the mind and body are on overdrive. Insomniacs, such as myself, know this awful feeling well.

  Other Gatherings I loved were all the illegal raves in inner city London in deserted buildings, raves in India, Africa, Thailand,  the millennium gathering NZ, early Splores, Shipwrecked. Lots of space to dance!

Thankful for my own Soul Light and Spiritual God Consciousness for guiding me through the Darkness, so that I can continue in this Light, to help in any way for Earth Love and Light Vibrations! I see the 'scary' times as a massive way to send us Forward. I fight daily for my own Health and Survival in such Challenging times of Frequency change (Fibromyalgia has  been a challenge, I have been trying my best to Manage it for some years). Many of us are on this ground with Health problems...and there is a Message to  any of those Toxic Vibers : 'We are not Lazy, we are Warriors!' 😚.  I personally don't believe in Death, as Spirit of The Good People Lives On, but I feel I want this body to be here for a Good while Longer!

For me this track is about reaching your True Spirit Frequency at what I call Cosmic Alliance with our True Selves. To be Free from the Programming that Binds us, to make our own way as Human into the Future, onto New Earth. And Also to be Aware of what (or Who) strikes in Times of Fear. And not to be Afraid of fear, as it Sometimes gives you a dead eye Stare! We can Express it how it Feels, and Continue with our Evolution. Meditation is not my thing, I just Be...including the Pain both Physical and Mental. Interference, or Psychic attack can occur at any time to hinder your Spiritual Growth Transition.. so be Guarded, but don't feel a failure if you get Caught Out, because it is a Tiring place right now.

And if we have been too Open so as to be attacked ( and that can happen to the Nicest and Kindest of people) it is possible to get through it and Grow, so see that also as Learning time. Our most Painful 'Breaking 
Points' when we feel we can't go on, are the times we Truly Evolve, so Hold On....
Life is Busy with distraction, and it's all  about an Illusion of 'Time' and 'Space' when we cannot make that Peace with ourselves in our 'Head' to get Through a day. Time, or Worrying about it. Not enough, or too Much, or maybe No Time at All. The Disatisfaction 'Sometimes' can become an Obsession! Cyber Space...the InterNet Matrix illusion I have talked about in the track description for Be(A)ware-Technosis! And there is a much Higher Matrix, which is a very Dangerous kind of Catch 22 situation, so please don't try and go there!

Time, it goes so Fast now ⏳apparently, and it Seems that we Age too quickly. I am getting more in a Frequency to develop after so much Interference..and it's Never too Late. Music is a part of this development for those who can Use the Gift. Vocalising through Music is a vital part of trying to Evolve Spiritually and Emotionally for me..and it is good to Listen and Share with other Creators. I cannot Imagine a World without Music!💝Always a part of my True Self... the Alliance. And with Love Energy, the one that Always Remains.

This song originated with Mark creating a bass line to a metronome, and sharing it with Ken. Ken immediately added his driving drums, and invited the rest of the EC to join in. JJ was first up, laying in his foundational organ, and e. piano magic in the first half, and the cosmic synth melody in the second part. Batting second was Josh, who established the melody in the first half with his electric mandolin, and mirrors the melody in the second half with the same. Next came Tez, who laid in the funky guitar right after the first break, all the way to the end. Batting clean up was Chris, who laid in the psych guitar in the first section, as well as the high guitar part in the second movement. Of course, we needed an expert producer to mix this for us, so we turned to Stephen, who always gets it exactly to everyone's specifications. That in and of itself is quite a skill, and I don't know how he does it, but everyone is always satisfied with his work.
  This is the second song we've done with Mark, who is a tremendously talented bass player, and delightfully creative songwriter. If you aren't familiar with his work, do yourself a favor and hop on over to his page for some delicious bass music. We hope you enjoy listening to this song as much as we enjoyed making it.

The date and the reasons are still and always a matter of debate among historians; however, in 2010, when it may have been 1600 years since that event and to commemorate it, 500 lighthouses were lit along the route of Hadrian's Wall, from east to west (cover image).

Well, i make music with computer from 20 years and in the past i used music maker magic Cd and Packard Bell. After from 2010 i played in a local band in Lodi, ita that closed during covid...We played melodic rock and i did sound technic with keyboards....🥂
Now i enjoy to create with different apps and remaster with digital studio on line  my tracks but i don't forget to ask a few friends to do jam sessions  in a garage and play original our songs and news🤷🙋🏻‍♂️
