Kimber & I decided that this would be a perfect accompaniment for the Ashtanga Mysore monthly challenge kick-off; a monthly challenge to keep students active in their daily practice. These sets are always exciting & interesting to put together as they require some pretty unique & creative transitions, as well as maintaining a structure that works within Kimber’s practice.
