This time featuring the great singer and lyricist Reemah from the island of St. Croix with some powerful word sound on a deep and mellow piano driven riddim produced by Benjah (part of Bredrin Records) from France, complemented with an upful organ cut, by the keys master Jata, also from France. The whole project was mixed by Petah Sunday at the I-tal Soup Studio and includes some heavyweight dub versions, ready to shake sound systems around the globe.

A driving riddim with three different vocal and a special heavy steppaz dub cut, mixed by Roommate outta San Francisco, USA, and finally transferred to 1/2inch Tape for extra analogue warmth, mastered with care and pressed on high quality limited and hand-numbered 180g vinyl by Star Delta / Delta Disc, UK - of course also digikally available.
The first track coming "Hot A Di Press" is a soundbwoy anthem style combination with the legendary Jamaica-born Daddy Freddy outta Nottingham, UK, on the microphone - a dedication to the soundsystem culture, a musical murderation. Panda Dub is a rising French dubmaker and live performer. Inspired at first by the french electro-dub school (High Tone, Brain Damage, Improvisators Dub…) on the one side and the heavy steppaz oriented UK-dub scene (Iration Steppas, Alpha & Omega…) on the other side, his creations have thereafter evolved to a personal style : Panda’s touch wisely mixes together ethno samples, fresh electronic melodies, enchanting textures and punchy stepper rhythms sustained by powerful basslines. Delivering strictly uplifting organic Dub sound somewhere between roots, (UK) steppaz and (french) electro dub making the listener jump and skank while sending the mind on a journey. Many of his albums are digitally available for free through the french dub platform OriginalDubGathering. Other labels with his work include: Dubatriation and Fresh Poulp.

Here comes a heartical salute to the golden Wackies times.
A fresh riddim by King Stanley was voiced by Love Joy and Jah Batta at Forcemusic Studio (run by Wackies’ original bass player Jah T) and afterwards the project was given to the legendary trumpetist, producer, composer, arranger, engineer and general multi-instrumentalist Maurice "Azul" Clive Hunt aka Lizzard for mixing. As times seem to get rougher and tougher in political terms in the urban jungles of the world, conscious music and cultural activism in general gain in importance. Message music to uplift the people is essential in society.
On this mission, Lion's Den has teamed up with the upcoming producer Blue Hill outta Athens, Greece.
A heavy riddim, somewhere between jungle and dub, outta his mixing lab was given to the mighty Lutan Fyah from Jamaica to create a powerful anthem, calling for action in times of political turmoil - the youths need to "Get Out" of their mental and physical state of badness.
Another vocal on the same riddim was recorded with the Lion's Den MCs Kali Green and konTa outta Berlin, Germany. This wicked combination hits with the same amount of lyrical fire - this time in english and german - and adds to the rebellious mood. A call to "Start A Revolution" and to fight the system full of trickery, downpression and exploitation.
But this is only half of the musical story to be told…
Lutan Fyah's piercing voice and melodies were given to five producers to come up with three strong remixes inna different style: For the first one the US dubstep pioneer Roommate joined forces with the head of the Lion's Den, Ras Lion outta Berlin, Germany, to mix it up inna pumping dub / steppaz fashion. The second remix leaves no doubt about message music reaching the clubs - no matter if 'uptown' or 'downtown': A heavy banger somewhere on the jungle tip, with a west coast breeze, by a brand new collaboration project between US bass music legends Noah D and No Thing (together with Roommate he forms Babylon System) called Lost City JNGL. Last but not least, the third one was done by the great jungle producer FLeCk outta Athens, Greece, and hits hard with some break madness and extra deep bass.

The whole EP was transferred to 1/2inch Tape for extra analogue warmth, mastered with care and pressed on high quality limited and hand-numbered 180g vinyl by Star Delta / Delta Disc, UK. It is also digitally available.

Flipping the disc reveals a very special gem: An almost classical piece, a lovely piano, accompanying Kali Green singing about "Whole Heap A Trouble" in the world - still forward on the positive vibeZ. "Don't Kill Your Brother" is a tune very much needed in those times of political turmoil and warfare. Echo Ranks from Leicester, UK, calling upon his I-dren to stop the senseless killing. A message of peace for the youths of today. In this instance with a ruff remix by the 'Balkan Dub Defenders' Digitron from Zagreb, Croatia - electronic madness style… Each side with a 'part 2' dub mix in full effect.

The third vinyl is "Too Hot Fi Dem" - pure fire, again with Kali Green outta the Lion's Den on the vocals - strictly message music for the people. After some many months of work and many different paths - from version over version over version… - this unique outernational collaboration finally bears its fruits and is ready fi one and all…
A heavy stepping riddim by Massive Dub Corporation (MDC) from Bourges, France, was given to Queen Omega from Port of Spain, Trinidad, for voicing. What came out is a chant full of energy inna conscious anthem style.
Inspired by the name of the label, the "Real Lioness" stepped into the recording booth to unleash her fyah and let everybody know about the ancient story and concept of the Lion's Den - not having lost any truth since then, relevant as ever in those modern days in babylon society. About always moving forward, despite the daily struggle, daily strive and fight, across any kind of barrier - believing in one's own mission, having faith and strength to spread a positive message. Queen Omega chants with strong dedication and will to fight for a better place.
Her vocal inspired MDC to rework the riddim as a live band and with live instrumentation and give it a little more rootsy touch. This version was then given to the dub and fx mastermind Anti-Bypass from Lyon, France, to take it into his 25th Toy Studio laboratory and run it through a crazy universe of custom modified machines in order to come up with a series of heavily dubbed out wet mixes, full of lovely effects and a lot of 'anti-bypass'.
But the journey didn't stop there and MDC went back on a ruff sound system style re-remix of their own tune to make you rock and skank…

So better drop the needle and let the disc take you on a journey… from Germany to France to Trinidad and beyond...

A tuff steppas tune with ‘Balkan Dub Defender’ Vrx on production and well known Italian dub activist Dan I on vocal duties. Well versatile, approaching the riddim with a unique ruff voice. The outcome is a powerful chant to Jah, a praise song called “Hail Up”. Firmly Rastafari inspired lyrics wholly merge with a pumping riddim, ready to shake any Sound System near and far. Digitron Sound prove again: they do not know any boundaries of craziness on using elements and sounds of the (dirty) electronic vault.

As we have been loving their music a lot, always moved by their hardcore approach, we are very proud to present this first project joining forces with the mighty RDH Hi-Fi from Nantes, France. A unique type of RAW instrumental steppaz for all sound systems near and far.
This disc holds pure heavyweight dub business inna future style - a meeting with Kandee, also hailing from Nantes, France, on a riddim called “TNT” - dropping like a musical bomb with full force. Of course we couldn’t leave out some raw dubwise excursions - from the original mix from 2014 and a recut from 2016.

Here comes a brand new collaboration reaching from France via Germany to the Netherlands, back to France and now into the world…
A powerful composition by our friends Natural Tribulation from Grenoble, France, was sent to the great Kenyan singer Empress Black Omolo (based in the Netherlands) for recording. The result: a sweet horns melody and deep bassline, bubbling organs and a pumping riddim meet a tuff voice and conscious lyrics inna “Steamers Meditation” style.
The vocal together with the multitracks of the instrumental then went back to France - this time into the Blackboard Jungle Studio - and the whole project got special mixing treatment by the dubmaster Rootical45.
Now in full effect. A rootikal anthem full of positive energy for all skanking addicts - including several dub excursions for the sound system heads…

Here comes another tuff collaboration with RDH Hi-Fi from Nantes, France, we and a few other sounds have been playing throughout the last two years on heavy rotation as exclusive dubplate - always causing nuff ‘furore’ in the dance. For the ones who have been patiently waiting and asking about it: it’s finally ready for the people…

A riddim called 'Hardway' was given to the UK veteran Tippa Irie from London for some lyrical nice up. He approached it with a conscious message and with his original chatting style and wrote and voiced a powerful tune on the riddim - speaking out against all wickedness and injustice by the police - a topic truly important to us. So get ready to skank in unity, teach them about power to the people and 'put up yur hand, if yu don't like police…'

The flipside holds another ruff digital remix inna hardcore fashion. Responsible is none other than the french ‘dub invader’ Natural High Dubs - well-known from his longtime involvement in the Lyon dub scene and projects like High Tone and their sound system force Dub Invaders.
