the acoustic kick sound design is really good and punchy

I found this piece oddly enjoyable. The mix and sound design are good, and the improvisation is challenging but not overwhelming for me... maybe because I was "lucky" to listen to some hardcore improvisation in my childhood alongside with thoroughly planned arrangements on the same jazz album. This piece kind of reminded me of that.

I don't think anyone will be surprised that the lame bit/synthpop guy says this isn't his cup of tea :P But I have to admit, eventhough it was a bit of a tougher listening experience for me, I was still really entertained by this. And you know what, you deserve 5 points for that. Because I think there's no better approval for a great track than when someone who absolutely dislikes this genre enjoys this so much, well done :D

I know I didn't get it. Everything up to here was ok but everything after just made the track needlessly long and not something I enjoyed sorry.

this intro feels like it's promising something interesting to come.....
