"The World is but a Mystery" is the official debut single from ttwig – a new solo project from JUICEB☮X (the vocal half of Fresh Selects duo, Figmore). 

A veritable Swiss Army knife of talent – JUICEB☮X raps, sings, produces, and plays just about every instrument (even including the trumpet), and his prolific releases over the years have run the gamut of different styles – proudly dubbing his label for self-releases, "Ellen DeGenreless." 

And now, with his new ttwig moniker, taken from a song title on JUICEB☮X's 2021 'Overthin King' LP, he's purposefully honing in on a more specific sound – one rooted in the more psychedelic side of nostalgia, centered around more organic sounds and textures, and mostly focusing on his singing, songwriting and live instrumentation.

The 6th installment in the Fresh Selects Remix Series, and the second entry to come from Sons Of The James – the 2020 duo project by singer Rob Milton & musician/producer DJ Harrison. 

Here, the boisterously bass-heavy album cut “I Want More” gets a high-energy revamp from prodigious jazz pianist/producer, Telemakus — led with a flurry of interweaving piano keys, Rhodes & synth melodies, all fueled and emboldened by the explosively kinetic drumming of David James.

At one point serving as the working title track to the album – "Daisies" is now batting clean-up on the roll-out towards Chicago multi-talent Lane Beckstrom's upcoming debut LP.  Fittingly, it also wound up being the closer song on the tracklist – a swirling summary of some of the varying styles and moods expressed throughout.

2nd Single from Roane Namuh's Petrichor Remixes & Instrumentals album.

Germany's Hodini utilizes Crimson's instrumentation and transforms the original into an unexpected synth heavy House track.

As an exclusive part of the digital release only, both NorthernDraw & Inkswel remix Crimson ft. Count Bass D to great effect.  NorthernDraw masterfully cuts up the original version and adds his own slick bounce to the song.  Inkswel cooks up a swinging new school Hip-Hop beat that he lays Count Bass D's slick vocals atop, giving the track a completely fresh, new feel.  

Coupled with all these great remixes (and some of their instrumentals) are Roane's original Instrumentals to the songs that appear on his Petrichor EP.  Roane's beats give insight into his layered and detailed production, and act as stand alone songs in their own right.  

Working in conjunction with each other, the Petrichor Remixes & Instrumental release, coupled with the original Petrichor EP, completes the overall vision for this great project.
