liquidfive and Veldor deliver a striking new collaboration with all-new release ‘Light In The Dark’, a potent vocal house cut that blends emotional weight with a blissful electronic energy, set for release on June 6 via Balkan Electro / Warner Music! 
 
At its heart is a bold, emotive topline from Veldor, whose voice rises like a beacon through the mix: “You were the light in the darkness”. His delivery is effortless yet commanding, carrying a sense of  yearning that cuts through the track’s polished, rippling production. While the vocal takes center stage, the instrumental is no mere backdrop—liquidfive’s crisp house groove and glowing synth work form a propulsive bed that subtly builds without overshadowing. The production moves with intention: steady, melodic, and just the right side of euphoric. It’s that balance—between vulnerability and strength, restraint and release—that gives ‘Light In The Dark’ its lasting impact. 

liquidfive is the musical project of German DJ and producer Martin Maximilian Kotzur, known for blending infectious dance-pop melodies with high-energy electronic beats. Bridging the gap between mainstream appeal and club-ready anthems and leading on from epic musical link-ups with Yves V and Charming Horses recently, he shows no sign in slowing down his powers of collaboration, next up heard here with Veldor. Queens native Veldor, a tower crane operator by day and artist by night, has built New York’s skyline while steadily rising in the music world —from Flushing street performances to international tours.
