The single is a chilled out hip hop tune with the smooth vocal stylings of lyricists Khadafi Dub. “I’ve been working all night - no sleep - veins cold - no heat - heartless to the shit you throw my way, Call me Mr Unbreakable.” are the lyrics to the chorus that we can all relate to. This track is infused with multiple layers of airy synths helping guide the meandering melody.  The consistent tapping of the snare keeps the heady vibe on course, while the shine comes through from the storyteller lyrics.  Liquid Stranger ethos rings strong through this track.  He’s a fluid artist that will continue to push the boundaries of his music, not being contained by genre, tempo or emotion.

Here’s the story…

I’m currently brushing the cobwebs off of my studio gear. I spent the last year or more touring heavily and I simply haven’t had that much time to work on music. When I’m home, in between gigs, I spend most of my time with my family. 

Now, I finally have some time off for the road and I’m hitting the studio as hard as I possibly can. My main goal is to come up with a comprehensive body of work, like an EP or potentially even an album. I don’t want to commit to what it is until I get some more ideas going, but the wheels are turning and I’ve got some really cool songs in the works.

In the meantime, I thought it would be a good idea to take as many of the half finished songs on my hard drive that I can and finish them up, and give them to you guys for free. This tune here, Bender, is a song that I started during last year's Animal House tour. I got back around to it recently and I just put the finishing touches on it. I’m hopeful that I can  knock these songs out and continuously give you guys free music again, on a consistent basis. That’s how I started this project and that’s how I want to keep it. No hurdles, no bullshit… Just easy access to music. 

That being said, this is my first offering. It’s a bit different for me in that I wanted to make a tune with a bit of a deeper vibe. It may not be a “peak-hour-edm-banger” or whatever, but I like it, and I hope you do too!

I’ll make sure to keep everyone updated on my progress with new material through all of my socials. Thanks so much for the love and support over the years!
