✔️ What are your musical influences? 

At the end of the summer of 2023, we organized a FLINTA DJ workshop as a collective - and participated ourselves. Just try it out, we thought. We liked it so much that we immediately borrowed some players and a mixer and tried it out non-stop at home. Shortly after that we played our first gig in Hildesheim. Musically we were inspired by a lot of things around us, especially downtempo. But it soon became clear that we wanted to go faster, bolder and with more vocals - and that's exactly what we did.

✔️ What makes good “afterhour”?

Fast, loud, cheeky or slow, harmonious and driving. What makes a good afterhour for us is above all the mixture of atmosphere and music - no pressure, no expectations, just people who are ready for music and let themselves drift.

✔️ Do you have any thoughts you would like to share about your set?

Our set is an invitation to let go.

eierschaukeln @ hive has been one of my absolute favorite events since i started dancing in clubs. this year, 10 years later, i was asked to dj on my favorite floor on my favorite day. <3 (monday daytime - if you know, you know hehe) 

lately it's become super rare for me to arrive behind the booth and feel confident and relaxed from the very first second. it's also super rare that i listen back to a recording after a gig and feel satisfied. this time it happened, i literally dived in & let it flow. and even though i, as always, briefly wondered whether i should upload it: HERE IT IS :D i loved the vibe on easter at hive, i loved the crowd, i loved the daylight at tanzstube, i loved the sound system and the team, so it's just lovelovelovelove for everyone and everything.

i'm still so happy and just wanted to share that with you :))

May 29th 2025, I've been invited by Tipping Point to play my debut set at the renowned Südpol club in Hamburg. The amazing sound system made this experience unforgettable. 

Special thanks to my friends at Tipping Point for trusting me as I release music on their label since the very beginning of their journey.

Da flogen dem Pinguin die Flügelchen weg! 

Erstes Mal Südi. Schon irgendwie bissi unglaublich, wenn ich darüber nachdenke, dass ich im Oktober 2014 das erste Mal als Gast auf diesem jetzt schon legendären Gelände in der Süderstraße 112 stand (kein Scheiß, Beweis findet ihr in meiner immer peinlicher werdenden Timeline!!!) und mir dachte: alter Verwalter, genau das hat Hamburg gefehlt. Die Rotzige Beatz Frühclubs hatte ich eh schon geliebt und auf einmal hatte all dieser Wahnsinn einen festen Ort. Vorallem der Südi, das Moloch (RIP) und die Rummels Bucht (RIP) haben mich musikalisch und auch menschlich geprägt, es wurden Tage und Nächte durchtanzt, gelacht und geweint und irgendwann stand ich dann irgendwie selbst hinter den Decks. Wenn mir damals wer gesagt hätte, dass ich mal im Südpol spiele, hätte ich wohl einfach gelacht und gesagt: in welcher Welt? Ja, genau in dieser. Danke an die Pastanaga-Fam, dass es überhaupt so weit kommen durfte, dass ich heute dieses Set hier hochlade. Ich fühle mich geehrt, bin sehr dankbar & hab euch lieb!

For REC009 we are excited to have a new face join the Reconsider family - Ayan. All the way from India the multi-talented artists has been making waves in the scene with prior releases on Applied Magic, Marginalia, Urge To Dance and many more. His captivating productions have shaken dance floors from Mexico to Berlin and he has already shared the line-up with international heavyweights such as Dixon and many more.

REC009 is a collaboration with the Felix E and Michael Ritter, who as the founders of the imprint Reconsider need little introduction. The main track 'Plane of Pleasure' is an energetic house track that dominates with classic, yet time-less chord stabs and a solid groove in its foundation.

The second track, 'Dream Scheme', impresses with its sound design and dominant baseline. With its harsh, metallic stabs on one side and vocals on the other it creates strong contrasting soundscapes - a unique listening experience.

'Everything We Started' rounds of the EP on deeper, groovy note - balancing woobly bass sounds with stabby synth sounds on top. All around, the EP perfectly blends classical house elements with sound design of the new era - so make sure not to miss this one.
