This composition is based on the creation of a sound paradox: being inside a body while perceiving sound  fragments based on external recordings: a transition between reality and the projection of a mental image in a  fictitious sound space, becoming an almost meditative moment.

C'est dans le cadre du programme H 1000 diffusé sur 23 Radios Libres Associatives que m'est venu l'idée de me présenter à ce prestigieux concours.
Mon axe de travail c'est de vous raconter la montagne sans les images de faire entrevoir à vos oreilles le crissement de la neige la porte d'une cabane pyrénéenne qui borde la musique d'un lac .En fait le paysage montagnard est sculpté par les sons ici des sonnailles là bas le glacier, le dégel ou encore, les premières lueurs du printemps  au bord d'une mare, un torrent  un cailloux, la pluie, le grésil.
Chaque saison, chaque jour, j'essaye de collecter en marchant micro en main la substance de ces lieux que l'on croit inhabités ou silencieux. Les écouter c'est comprendre que la nature est une entité vivante, fragile, poétique, généreuse.
Oui écouter la vous parlez et votre regard ne sera pus jamais le même.

Refrigeration

My sound practice is based on field recording sessions where I try to capture the singularity of each soundscape. 
The choice of the recording place determines the nature of the sounds - because each space has its own sound imprint.
Field recording is a confrontation between the interior and the surrounding outside space(s). The sound recordist sculpts with the sounds that pass through him/her and his/her microphones. 
These moments of solitude create a necessarily intimate link with the space and its context: between the nature of the field recordings and the places of broadcasting.
I am inspired by the works of sound artist Knud Viktor, who essentially targets the soundscape of nature as well as sound installations by artists Janet Cardiff and George Bures Miller.
