Lisette LaVoXX - Assets (My Assets) (Bass)

Lisette LaVoXX is a Latin American lyrical rapper and songwriter.  She was formerly known as Lisette Love/Havana Love and to many in her high-school years she was often referred to as Lizzy G/Lizzy G Clef.  Lisette LaVoz was Born in Houston, Texas and is the daughter of Caribbean, Latin Immigrants Tomas and Yolanda Gorra.  She was raised in Massachusetts in the red lined city notoriously dubbed as "City of the damned”, Lawrence.  In her early years Lisette LaVoz’s family influenced her with the same cultural music most latino families listen to daily, and especially on holidays.  Her teen years attributed to her exposer with hiphop.  It was then that Lisette LaVoz found herself in local youth centers using music and dancing as an escape and also as a form of therapy.  Listening to her own perspective of life and her surroundings on a record, helped this artist in coping with many facets a young Latina, growing up in a broken home within a troubled society faces.

Lisette LaVoz’s influences in the music industry span over many genres.  Although she is capable of writing in an eclectic fashion, the music she has shared with us has been HipHop, RnB and a bit of reggae.  She has been compared to several other female rappers.  Her lyrics are honest and with mentions of love, remind some of her supporters of Lauryn Hill, and at times Sade.  Other times her rapping capabilities have been compared to more famous male counterparts.  Other skills she has acquired are dancing, singing, comedy, acting, and piano.

Lisette LaVoz has opened up for several well known entertainers such as Nas, Method Man, Busta Rhymes, Krayzie Bone, Jim Jones, and Tanto Metro & Devante.  This artist is well known for her grind in the North East Region of the country.  After selling thousands of copies of her own mixtape, Lisette LaVoz networked her way into a song placement in the Forbes listed, hit movie "Let Me Explain", starring Kevin Hart ("Hart Attack”).  Code Black and Comedy Shaq would also partner up and release remixed content that includes rap ("52 Bars" )and comedy ("Asking all them Questions") on WorldStarr HipHop.  She was also featured on a webisode ("Clean Ops") starring House Wife, Gloria Govain (Wife of Matt Barnes) .
 
After completing her marketing contract that was designed to take advantage of unsigned artists, Lisette LaVoz took some time to educate herself in other fields such as Computer Science, Real-estate and Financial Investing.  Her return to the scene of music has taken place in recent months.  You can find her gracing many stages in Miami, Florida.  She has performed at several pop ups, and dozens of night clubs.

Her latest Album has 9 songs and debuts conscious, club and pop rap, along with some techno/house and RnB.  Productions on her latest body of work include producers from camps such as Drink Champs, as well as Cool and Dre's.  With Grammy winners continuously tapping in with her, you can expect an epic disruption in the music scene soon.  Other Grammy winners she has worked with include Steve Morales, and Darrale Jones. 

What separates this artist from others is her lyrical, bilingual skills, conscious mindset, and her aspirations to represent the collective.  Her new projects will be tribute to her culture, life experience and perspective of our futures with plenty of soul and Caribbean vibes.  Lisette LaVoz is praised for her live shows and powerful vocals, this artist doesn't need to rap over her own recording, she is raw!
