Free Falling Down is a song about the damage that social media does to today’s youth. We live in a world where everyone has the ability to judge each other through a screen, leading to more and more people dealing with anxiety and self-esteem issues.

Written by my longtime collaborator and friend Ron Yamauchi, “Me Oh My” gives me the opportunity to stretch vocally from calm reflection to an emotional roar, knowing well what inspired Yamauchi’s powerfully personal lyrics.

I've also created a new lyric video for the song.Filmed over 3 seasons in 2020, it captures my city walking meditations just before & during the pandemic. Walking became a meditation on how to stay connected to the world during the pandemic.
