a state of intense concentration achieved through meditation. In Hindu yoga this is regarded as the final stage, at which union with the divine is reached (before or at death).

Having taken a personal hiatus from music in order to deepen my spiritual practice and find myself, I became inspired to create sets of music inspired by the beautiful experiences I have had. 

This set is heavily inspired by Eastern musical styles, spiritual practices, and contains quotes from two of my favorite spiritual teachers; Paramahansa Yogananda, and Ram Dass. 

My wish is that this music takes you to that inner place, the place where we all come from. and are all one. May you be filled with love, joy, peace and gratitude.

Transformation...phew! 2020 was definitely a year of HUGE Transformation for many of us, myself included. Not only did we experience many shifts globally, but we're also experiencing a shift in consciousness. 2020 was also the year I discovered Human Design (the image you see above), and learned more about myself and those around me than any other period in my life. 

Through all the ups and downs on this wild journey, music has always been one of those things that keeps me grounded, moving and flowing to the beat of the Earth. Someone once told me, "We're mostly water, right? What if we love music because of the way we're moved at the atomic level, because sound literally changes the way we exist"! 

I hope you enjoy this set as much as I did putting it together. Many of these tracks are new but several are throwbacks, but all of them helped me through the wildest year of my life. Enjoy!
