Sour Edits, is a label that without doubt has brought so much foot tapping, head nodding happiness into this world. Every floor driven release has managed to crack a wry smile in everyone over at Four Heads HQ when we routinely unearth these releases; even the accounting department on the most solemn of Mondays when the lacklustre Q4 numbers are rolling in.

The issue is, is that circa 70% (predictions based on real-time data collected by our GDPR compliant operatives) of you will be listening to this, perhaps alone, perhaps with headphones on. Pool Attendant are an emerging DJ / Production duo from London and the South West. Formed back in 2017 the pair met at uni and bonded over similar upbringings surrounded by music. Comprised of Scooter Tardelli-Reid and Otto Morgan, they've become known for shelling out a number of truly eclectic sets ranging from Disco, Asian Funk, Afro & Italo to Breaks, House, Techno, Acid & a further wide variety of Electronic Music.

This is all reflected in their new EP "JETTYMASTER" which will be out next month on Enzo Siffredi's WIRED sub-label "Below The Belt". The three track EP features two white label disco-edits 'MISS M" & "Disco Power" as well as an Acid-infused Italo banger, aptly entitled "Italo-Wonderand".

Goran 01 is the work of Slobban, a late 90’s trio of Jens Johansson, Peter Gustafsson and Carl Magnus Ernström from Falun, two hours north of Stockholm. Surrounded by snow and inspired by the sounds of US House music aswell as the contemporary european house sound, they created music that is just as jazzy and soulful as it is functional dance tracks. Slobban EP was originally released in a 100 copies in -99. Two solid uptempo house tracks, ’Funkig Gura Med Hus’ and ’About Your Woman’ and on the flip side a jackin’ techno workout named ’Amour!

For release number six we have invited Göteborg's very own jackmaster Sankt Göran. A devoted record collector and Dj extraordinaire.
The a side, Local Legend, is a 10 minute long acid train with a jackin' beat. The b side, Wallenberg6, is a melodic, sun drenched jam with a tasteful disco vibe.
