The Bombay Broadcast is a storytelling passion project in collaboration with composer Reiner Erlings, chronicling this transitionary time as I explore living in Bombay with the idea of making it my home. 
Being Indian and growing up in Dubai, visiting this city was a summer ritual - one I did with much reluctance for many years. But today, as a grown woman, the city and what it has come to mean to me has shifted dramatically. As I go through the rigmarole of hour-long commutes, the constant threat of profuse perspiration and coming back to an airbnb apartment, it would be easy to throw my hands up and scream "I quit!" But for now, I can't seem to quit this city. By writing and narrating these stories, I hope to understand why.
