Michel Polnareff - Lipstick (Voodoo Doughnuts Uptown DISKO Dub)

Ladonia is a micronation  proclaimed in 1996 by the artist Lars Vilks. In 1980, he began construction of two sculptures, Nimis and Arx in the Kullaberg nature reserve in north-west Skåne, Sweden. The location of the sculptures is difficult to reach, and as a consequence they were not discovered for two years, at which point the local council declared the sculptures to be buildings, and demanded that they should be dismantled.  Vilks appealed the decision of the council, but lost. He appealed repeatedly, and finally the case was settled, in the council's favour, by the Swedish government. Frank Agrario has given Ladonian citizenship this year and titled the label's second release to his new nation. 

The peaceful and deep nature that surrounds Nimis really impacted the sound. There is a certain deepnes  that dominates the tracks, still the beats are funky as usual and percussion and dub fx work is an undeniable Frank Agrario's trademark.
The Rmx comes from his Majesty RICK WADE that sparkled the release with his magic  Detroit's vibe, a masterpiece. 
Note : Anthem is the first recording of Ladonia's national anthem known to be pressed on vinyl.

WHO IS BELABOUCHE?

Belabouche is an Italian Producer. His disco/funk edits have been released on labels like DiscoDat, Gimme! Gimme!, Magic Wand, Midnight Riot, Paper Disco, Jdp Disco, Spare Change Disco, FKR Records, OBM Rec and Thunder Jam.

He recently released Katakana Edits Vol 64 on Katakana Edits. He plays Disco, Soul Funk, Brazilan and Afro-beat. His trademark funky production gets a lot of the interest from DJs and thousands of plays on Soundcloud.

Every smart human being is ditching the "civilized" world to get closer to his roots in the "third world countries" . The Bank pioneered the movement relocating in western Africa (lagos) in early 2010, making a living playing weddings, hotels, eateries, corporate events and clubs.
The international Bankers' meeting was the band best paying gig, but in order to get the sought after cash an account was mandatory, within the next minute they needed an address, a stay permit and a tax number, progress just got to Africa. Ten minutes later they named themself "THE BANK, spent their last $ on a rusty mini van and hit the road until a snow storm stopped them in Incline Village (NV) where they settled  few days offering their service at a local studio to survive. It was a stormy night when they pressed record, "upper class" was born. Spring was knocking at the door, snow melt, birds whistle beautiful melodies but the van hit the road again. Few month later Ambassador's Reception found the forgotten recordings and signed the Bank straight away, ready?
